Sowing good deeds for others is the best sowing for us to eradicate selfishness. Don't even want a grain of sand for yourself, then you will become lowest.
Then there are no tears for yourself (self pity) even at death you will be laughing. But for others pains there is Compassion and tears, but not for self. Stay aware of bhagti at all times, it should become automatic to never walk past a beggar. Stop, bow to them, ask them what they need, feed them, become beggar yourself of the heart, stay lowest. You will find some will throw the money back at you, some homeless are actually sants by choice. Don't assume anything.
Asan, positions of body like arms outstretched, is union with God, and he is straightening you out, cleaning you up, showing you you can't run away from him, he is in control. Any sant sangat should see the power of God in the sangat. Naam builds up joy inside and Asans happen as union happens. Then silence takes over. It's spontaneous. No ego, only you. Ma nahee tuhitu. We must go into samadhi to open our truth and go beyond desires in this creation. Go back. Awaken ourself from this maya life of chasing wealth. God is beyond Satnaam. It is identity to win our trikuti. He is nirbhau NIRVAIR, has no hatred. Sees dirt and gold them same. So Satnaam is to break the logical mind by making us one mind, Ek mun Ek chit. Get out of the three minds, raho sato tamo, (shiva, brahma vishnu). Getting out of duality, where there is no talk of this is sukh and that is dukh. Just see Satnaam in both. See one, not two.
God keeps giving to the haters, keeps them alive, saved Russia even though they are atheist. Guru saves his slanderer too. God keeps saving so another bhagti will sing a new song of his praise, a new design, a new architecture and so on. Male and female is in everything, interaction is sexual embrace, runs everything. Then go beyond he and she, and see just one source, say Satnaam to bust the illusion of duality.

This is my only desire to love your lotus feet in mind. Only you can do your bhagti and drive us on. Saturated every cell. Wherever I look may I see only you. Religions try and make their religion better than the other so then come the stories of how their founders birth was special. So immaculate conception of Christianity is bullshit of God shows favour to one person and the rest of us are born a different way, then God isn't singular vision for all, but duality. That's bullshit created by followers to fool the people. That's why religion now is full of rituals and hatred. The priest class is the lowest consciousness, that's why they keep promoting "mine is better". We are no better either, just the Naam of the moment Satnaam is better and that is making us better inside.
The one who gets the gian but then turns their back on the guru, bemukh, can't forget the good thoughts even when they are trying to do other things. God will keep reminding them inside. And there is ko peace living for the nine hell doors of the body, only one gives peace, tenth door.

Baba ji: Gurbani is dhan dhan, but it had that the Naam is Satnaam . So how is anyone gonna get it? We give it direct in the open, Satnaam. Stay in truth and you will merge into Truth. Sach meh Ray sach samaai. Sikhs have lost the Compassion part and have lost the Naam because they are in pride. Where there is pride there is no satNaam and no Compassion. Where there is satnaam there is no pride and only Compassion. What is greater than this is silence. Silence is the greatest wisdom. Sunn samadh as silence. In the end there is nothing to talk all the gian is given. Even baba nanak ji wasn't starting a new religion he was just saying hindu and Muslim we are all one under one god. But now Sikhs have made it into another religion and lost the message of baba nanak. Started teaching rituals again and holy days, pray for desires etc. If we all lived desire less for even 30 days the whole world could change.

Rajinder ji: Guru said what is written can't be changed, but we go to religious place to get what we want. Guru already gives us everything but we don't thank for what we have, we only see what we haven't got and get trapped by priest class into praying for wants. Better to experience God one on one like you are experiencing here. No desires, no wants, no rituals.
To kill ego is why gurus gave us bowing and touching feet of sants and Sangat.
Baba ji: But Sikhs are stopping people from this. They are too proud to even to bow to their own family members. Gurbani says I have no goodness, no one is as mean as me, I am not good no one is bad. But Sikhs nowadays are saying we are full of virtues but you are full of sins and some even attack others like they attacked baba ji. Look How wrong have they gone from gurus teachings. They deny living gurus even though gurbani is in praise of the living guru. The sikh has to become the guru, has to merge and become one. Guru sikh, sikh guru ha. That is the spiritual journey. So to deny in the gurdwara anyone to become guru is opposite of gurbani. When you truly believe guru granth sahib ji is your guru then do it 100% and don't read any other holy books or consult with priests etc.
