Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam ji baba ji was saying that a saint can live off the air,  because ultimately it's not food and water that run this body, but energy,  everything at the lowest level is God's energy and a sant if God wants them to can live off that.   A few years ago there was the Buddha boy who ate nothing for six months, just sat in a forest in meditation. His guru would come and sit silently infront of him and bless him with  more amrit. Even past uk Sangat who were highly blessed by satguru ji,   started going into high amrit levels every night, their bodies started rejuvenating, baba ji told them their very core, the dna, was being rewritten by Satnaam.     And we saw them physically getting better as well.   So the power of Satnaam we are doing has no limits to how high  it is going to transform us.   They were doing 8hrs simran every night, it was quite amazing.   Baba ji said that our minds are very limited due to our past experiences.  We live in a little box called maya and we it has walls which limit what we think is possible or not,  what we can achieve or not etc. But we have to take our thinking into beant (beyond limits), because sat parbraham is beant.    Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam ji,  no more small thinking,  Satnaam is beant our guru is beant, our thinking has to become beant,  ooch apaar beant swami kaun jaanay gun tere.   Gavte udharaa sunte udhare binsay paap ghanere.    Highest, unparalleled, unlimited master,  who knows your extent?   The one who sing your praises are ferried across,  the ones who hear your praises are ferried across,  all their sins are destroyed.

Dassan dass ji told us not to be weak minded anymore,  to be warriors of Truth,  to defeat our five thieves and baba ji has told us to expand our th inking and break the limiting mind walls of maya.    Baba ji said everytime we say Satnaam our heart expands.  Everytime we do Dandauth virtues from guru flow down  into us.    Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam bless all.
