God blesses us through sants

Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam was watching kirtan /Katha in memory of jasbir singh khanna wala ji.    The speaker told alot if Truth,  praised  sants,  said we had to earn the words of gurbani,  so we fill up with God's qualities (guns) but just by reading and singing  for years is very slow way,  but meeting  a sant they place goodness inside us instantly.     Jasbir singh ji told the speaker that he had been blessed by god, in his life to meet so many sants and they had filled him with  virtues.   He said once he was in his shop on the roadside. A blessed sant came into his shop and shouted,  "ARE YOU JASBIR SINGH?"   and he said, 'yes sir."   the sant slapped him across the cheek.  Jasbir singh put his hands together and humble asked, "sir what mistake have I made?" the sant shouted,  "you call yourself a kirtani (singer of God's word)  yet there is rotting corpse of a dog outside your shop causing distress to all those that pass by.  To should have done the seva and cleared it away."  right  away jasbir singh went out in his nice shirt and trousers, picked the rotting, bleeding, fly infested body by the tail, slung it over his back and took it to the big bin nearby.   He came back to the shop covered with dog blood and mess.   The sant had his arms outstretched and gave him huge loving hug and said with a booming voice, "jasbir singh you disposed of the dog and we are throwing out the dog if greed (lobh) from inside you."    the sant went.   Jasbir singh ji said,  I never knew his name, I never saw him ever again.  But his blessings remained true, greed never bothered me for the rest of my life.   So nirankar has blessed me With sants giving  me blessings my whole life.

Even dassan dass ji met him near the end of his life and he confessed his mistakes and again God blessed him through dassan dass ji.
