When we reached Bhavanigarh and saw jagdeep ji we felt that my heart start saying satnaam ji  Sabh kichh Aphe app. We do Dandout  to him. when we reached Ricky ji home we met Taran ji we asked "App ji da ki hall" in reply he said "Jo Tera". this fool was not able to understand the deep message behind this. when we entered the corridor Sangat were doing Dandout to each other. Pious Satnaam Simran was going on. We entered into the room and keep on doing Dandout. The whole room was filled with very intensive energy, within  few minutes all my thoughts (sintonic or distonic thoughts) disappeared.  We start feeling the vibrations in my body. then suddenly A dragonfly bite on my neck my my mind start saying get up and move out from the room. there was no room for the dirtiest person in this Sat Sangat. My heart start saying not to worry just concentrate on Satnaam simran. Dhan Dhan  Mohit ji and Dhan Dhan Bunty ji gave me medicine. we start concentrating on Satnaam simran

After 10-15 minutes we felt our arms hands, legs were not attached to the body. We felt our heart filled with Amrit. Suddenly we had a vision  of an old person sitting with a T Shape stick (Vairagan).I was not able to recognize 100%. my heart say Guru Amar Das  ji or Baba Nand Singh  ji I did Dandout. A  voice come from my heart Sabh kichh Aphe App. we spoke to our Godmother Sarabjit ji, Jagdeep ji, Kiran sis ji they all told me to take good care of Amrit vela.

After a short tea break Sangat start doing Satnaam  Simran. Sarabjit Bhabi ji call me I then  sit in the centre of the room. . I close my eyes and  I start feeling  intense, powerfull sat Amrit. then suddenly some one place hand on my head. I felt a powerfull flow of Amrit like waterfall. My body was not able to handle it and suddenly I got cramp in on the right side of my stomach. the pain was unbearable. I stood up and went to the dinning room and keep on doing   Simran. I was crying and in my heart I was doing Ardaas please bless this fool. I was seeking a glimpse of your charn. My Ardasas was listened and we saw you online  we did Dandout and from the core of my heart we keep on saying Dhan Dhan mera SatGuru poora Dhan Dhan mera SatGuru poora App Mukat Mohe Tare. When App ji said " Aa gaya"  I have no words to describe my feelings.

We felt so blessed aapji always ang sang. " Gur mera sang Sada hai naaley"

When we reached at Satnaam Sangat we felt so immense Amrit flow ji we do Dandaut and we reached somewhere else like some unknown world ji.  When we do Dandaut to Dhan Dhan Sant Taran jit ji we felt so intoxicated and when they hugged us it felt that it was aapji hugging this fool.  In Satnaam Simran session a lot of sadhu Sants were shown sitting there and many Khalsa men n women were there.  We were shown few smart n beautiful girls n ladies they were laughing on us.  We were shown few young couples in intimation positions it was strange for us. Some distorted faces of some pret n ghostly souls were shown ji we told them to do Satnaam and go our Satguru ji.  We saw Dhan Dhan Lagan bheanji in full red wedding dress wearing Choora ji. We were shown one old lady wearing a big round waliyan ( earrings ) later when this we asked to phuljari bheanji Ricky ji s mother they told us that her mother in law expired few days back and she was used to wearing a big round waliyan.  And that soul was of her mum in law ji.  There in Satnaam Simran Dhan Dhan guru Gobind Singh ji and Dhan Dhan ravidaas maharaj blessed us with there pious Darshan ji.  We saw a sai baba which was from south India with big curly hairs was sitting there. Our Bhua ( father's sister ) Which was expired two years back were also there and dancing in Sangat. 

Next day in morning Sangat Simran session we were shown that the ceiling of the room disappeared and a clear cloud full of flowers were showing.  There we again shown the mother in law of phuljari bheanji in roop of ghost and two big jamdoots were holding her from her arms and she was crying and trying to make her free from that jamdoots but in a few seconds she turned into a monkey and we got message in our mind that she got in to birth of monkey.

Satguru maharaj in Sangat we felt soo much bairaag n we cried a lot. It was all wonderful experience Satguru maharaj ji.

1.   During Katha, Kirtan & Simran; Please don't talk and disturb others.
2.   When a person is sitting in Samadhi; Please don't disturb him/her.
3.   Please don't share sangat videos to outsiders.
4.   Parents should take care of their children.
5.   Please take care of your belongings.
6.   Please use toilets/washroom judiciously. Allow all sangat members to use it for toilet purpose before taking shower.
7.   When call for langar comes then everyone should immediately come and free people serving it.
8.   Please don't serve langar instead allow people to take by themselves as per their requirement (self-service).
9.   If someone is already doing sewa then don't force him instead politely request for it. Also share sewa with others.

This will help you all benefit more from the Satnaam Sangat

Kanchan sovinaa.   Yearly events are to attend worldwide sangat.   Weekly schedule is to attend local sangat.  Daily schedule is amritvela and evening simran and ardas all day long as well as good deeds.   Eat less, sleep less, waste less time.          One mind one focus is ek mun ek chit eh mun Har ji dhiyaayaa tu.     Have 3 to 5 year goals for your health, for your  job, for family and  for society all to improve with God's grace.    Let God work through us to uplift us and to uplift all of those around us.  Be a positive powerful force in this world.  Learn to articulate and express your thoughts and gurus wisdom.   So that you never lose an argument or debate with untruthful people.  Tyrants will keep pushing and pushing until they eat the whole world.   If the good ones don't stand up to them then look at what has happened in history.  Hitler, moguls and so on.    Tenth guru said I will not remain silent in fear of mortals.   When we have the power of a thousand suns of satnaam inside of us then why fear anyone or anything?  Even if we die guru is with us.    Stand up and express your truth. Live fully.   Fear none and nothing.  Live fully in all aspects of your life.  Find the supreme in all aspects.  Become the best you can possibly be in all aspects.. In your job, health, parenting, community and spirituality. Don't settle for second best.     Don't waste your days hours on end on YouTube and social media and news that just makes you feel unfulfilled at the end.  Do activities that help you reach your goals everyday.  You will feel good. You will feel like you are winning one step at a time.    When you feel good you will find success breeds success. When are struggling with anything seek out the help of others... Dhan Guru Nanak ji was the guru for the Sikhs of his time. All the guru's where gurus for the Sikhs of their time.   They were the living light of God right here right now for their Sikhs.       They are not here now. They are not the Guru of the Sikhs on  Earth now.   They are merged in the light, they left their body centuries ago.      Guru Granth sahib ji tells us their wisdom that we need a Guru in our time and place to receive the eternal blessings of naam.     God sends his gurus in each and every age. Har jug jug bhagat upaayaa.     Same for Christians and Muslims and all people who are worshipping past prophets and messiahs and gurus.  They have gone. You never met them. They are not your guru. They were guru only for the people who met them and got blessed.   You never met them. You only heard inaccurate stories about them. You created an image of them in your mind. That you call your guru. A story about a person you never met. Who you can never talk to face to face and get blessed from.  There are centuries between you and them.  Completely different languages and cultures.    So please don't live in the past. Learn from the past Sikhs who went and found the guru of their time.  Do the same. Go and find the guru of your time.   Get blessed and when you do satnaam you remember the light. In saying satnaam you are remembering and honouring all the past saints who are merged in the light.   Satnaam the formless one may take their form and visit you in a dream or vision. To encourage you.     But if you stay stuck in the past and remember and pray to the past guru, God will never visit you.   You made the past guru higher than him.    God bless all.

Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam ji.    Time is very valuable. What do we do with every moment? When we are young we may not have much in the way of possessions.   So we trade our youth for accumulating wealth.  So when we are old we have a house, a car, a pension, but not our youth.  To the young people would you trade your youth right now for material wealth?  Probably not.    Look at time. How valuable is one hundredth of a second for a sprinter at the Olympics.. Difference between gold and silver.    Look at the value of one breath for a person struggling on their death bed.    Time is valuable, each breath is priceless. Once it's gone it's never coming back.  What do we do with it?    The strength of any relationship is defined by the amount of time we spend with the other person.    We may call someone our wife or child, but if we don't spend time with our family or friends then we have no relationship with them.  Same with our job or studies. If we failed an exam then we never spent enough time with that subject.  And the most important relationship is with God with. How much time do we spend doing simran and seva and sangat?   That will tell us how much of a relationship we have with God.     The mind gets bored, it picks up the phone and wastes time in useless activities.   You don't realise you are being robbed of your valuable youth, time and breaths.  The divine judge only looks at what we did in our life. Our deeds.        Don't get robbed of this short time on this stage of Earth to do some good for yourself and others.

Reply:  Worrying by itself doesn't change anything. But if we treat it like an alarm telling us something is not right and then make efforts to find our why we are worrying   then take action to fix our problems by trusting God and making efforts.    Trusting God and making no effort won't make the worries go away either.

Every feeling in our mind and body is telling us something.  If we feel like a failure then ignore it and getting depressed is the result. Better than that is to look at why we feel like that and once we know the reason for our problem then pray and make effort to fix our self.      Same with if we have pain in our body. If we ignore it then we are not listening to God within us.  If we are feeling lonely or bored and don't listen. Then we may go to drinking or drugs to drown our sorrows. But it doesn't solve our problem.   We need to sit and pray to God and ask please show me why I feel like this. Please show me why I am worrying or lonely or in pain or sad or feeling like a failure.   And god will show us the truth about ourself.  Then we can accept our mistakes and make efforts to improve.   Things we can control we should improve. Things we can't control just let go and trust in God for those.   Do Satnaam and seva.

1. Swami Vivekanand:- I can't find free time. Life has become hectic.

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Activity gets you busy. But productivity gets you free.

2. Swami Vivekanand:- Why has life become complicated now?

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Stop analyzing life.. It makes it complicated. Just live it.

3. Swami Vivekanand:- Why are we then constantly unhappy?

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Worrying has become your habit. That's why you are not happy.

4. Swami Vivekanand:- Why do good people always suffer?

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Diamond cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials, but don't suffer.

With that experience their life becomes better, not bitter.

5. Swami Vivekanand:- You mean to say such experience is useful?

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Yes. In every term, Experience is a hard teacher. She gives the test first and the lessons .

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- If you look outside you will not know where you are heading. Look inside. Eyes provide sight. Heart provides the way.

7. Swami Vivekanand:- Does failure hurt more than moving in the right direction?

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Success is a measure as decided by others. Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you.

8. Swami Vivekanand:- In tough times, how do you stay motivated?

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.

9. Swami Vivekanand:- What surprises you about people?

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- When they suffer they ask, "why me?" When they prosper, they never ask "Why me?"

10. Swami Vivekanand:- How can I get the best out of life?

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.

11. Swami Vivekanand:- One last question. Sometimes I feel my prayers are not answered.

Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- There are no unanswered prayers. Keep the faith and drop the fear. Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve. Trust me. Life is wonderful if you know how to live.

Guru is the diamond in the sea of coal.  Guru is the ship to ferry across your soul. Guru is the lighthouse for the crashing mind.  Without the guru the whole world is blind.



Guru is hidden in every heart. Guru is the spark, the light in the dark.   Without the Guru's eternal grace  the whole world walks with a darkened face.



Guru is the Giver of God's graceful name.   Truth is the Guru and only love is his game.



Guru Guru Guru oh my heart only call you. My beloved friend, my life support, my very breath, Guru Guru Guru.



Guru I forget. Guru doesn't forget me. Guru I make excuses and drown in the sea of misery.  Guru I am lacking in thanks and selfless service.   Guru you are like that and I am like this.



Guru two seasons have gone by and the autumn has come. I see the snow on the horizon and my days will be done.



What did I come here for? What did I do?  Who did I serve? Did I do any Truth?



Did I just fill my pockets and my belly too? Did I cherish my family but forget about you?



Guru I have comforts, cars, foods, holidays.    Maya Maya Maya is the game everyone plays.



But I look in the mirror and how my poor body has aged.    The black hair has turned grey, death is crawling over my face.



O mind what a fool you have been.    This life is nothing more than a ripple on a stream.



The smoke rises up and disappears in the scene.   Many came before and are now dirt under my feet.



I am also only passing through. But I live every day like I'm the exception to the rule.



By great good fortune Guru I met you.     Blessed with naam, wisdom and service too.





The endless ocean of love, of Truth. Always flowing through the guru's feet. He ties both end and the amrit spills over.  Take the holy dip in the Guru's body of light, Mansarovar.





Who will kill their ego in this world of false prophets. Who will kiss the feet of the one who has really got it?



Who will die before they die?  Who will go laughing and who will wail and cry?





Who is thirsty for the ones who know the Truth? Who will serve them, kiss their feet and pray, "please make me like you?"





Who will give up their demons and desire? Who will do satnaam and put water on the fire.



Who will stand up to the demons inside? Who will deliver Truth far and wide?

Who will stand up with head bowed to Truth. And say, "I will go forward with your hand on my back my guru?"

Those lonely nights all on your own. Tears steaming down then the Truth was shown.



Guru has taken your pains and filled you with gains. Is nothing going back in thanks to your saint. Have you also forgotten the name of the one who is great?



Oh mind, blessings didn't come easy.  Your soul has been on a tortuous journey.    Then end is in sight of this dark night.  Keep your head low and merge into the light.



Don't forget. Don't forget. Don't forget His name. In this world of sickness, sorrow and pain.



Become nothing here, lower than the dust. Look at how Mother Earth carries all of us.



Fall down, bow low, do Dandauth. Lowest here gets a place in God's court.
