Even in bandagi there is a fine line between being humble and saying we are low and wretches in order to keep our ego low.   But it is easy to turn that into constant stream of negative thinking making us feel like a failure and down.  I have done alot of that.     There is humbleness that is in gurbani    like I am filthy but you purify me.... Hum mayla tum ujal karte... I have no virtues but you are the Giver of them... I am a sinner but you are the destroyer of sins.....    So you see in gurbani we accept our filth but turn it into humble prayer to God to help us.    But without gurbani it is very easy for the negative destructive mind to keep saying.. My life is a failure. I am useless. I am ugly. I am not clever...... I am stupid.... I hate others... I am jealous.....   And without knowledge if gurbani that is how most people leave their mind. Stuck in the negative.  Making themselves more negative. And even they don't want to be negative but don't know how to get out of those thoughts. So get frustrated and more negative.     So with gurbani we turn each of those thoughts into a confession followed by acceptance and a prayer for forgiveness.... The karmic cleansing process of dassan dass Ji.    It is important that in our life we turn all our fears and worries and negative thoughts into positive prayers.  Turn our dukh into sukh.  Bless all.

Whatever qualities we focus our mind on is our guru.   If we focus on our demons they are our guru. If we focus on truth, Love, Compassion, service, honesty, integrity and so on they are our guru.  And when we focus on the name Sat, satnaam, and gurbani then the shabad is our guru.    When we look at others good qualities and focus on their goodness then we are seeing our guru in them.    When we focus on other people's bad qualities then it also focuses on our bad quality and hell mind becomes our guru.      Satnaam Ji.  Everything in gurbani, in guru nanak dev jis bani is focused on our deeds and our qualities.    Bin gun keeta bhagat na hoi... Without doing good deeds...having good qualities there is no loving devotion.   Har bisarath tere gun gallia... Forgetting God our good qualities,our goodness rots away.        Only the satguru is the one who is 100%  treasure chest overflowing with good qualities.... Guni nidhan.    The goodness in us is God.  The bad we do is us, due to our ego.    Let us also become 100% overflowing treasure heart of divine qualities.   So no matter who we meet, even the worst criminal look for even one good quality in them and you be focusing on your guru.    Bless all.

Many seekers end up wanting supernatural powers.    People get impressed by psychics and mediums and want their problems sorted out.   In religion people with those powers easily get a following and a reputation.  People think it means that the person is holy and close to God.   Even in our own spiritual journey we may feel  energy or see visions of gurus. And it is easy to think we have become something. That we must be getting close to God.   But we must forget that and focus on our deeds.   If we are still not humble, kind, in service, compassionate and full of anger or lust then what use are those experiences or powers.   Look at the stories of the Hindu rishis, they had great supernatural powers and followings. But yet they used to curse people.  It means they got angry. And anger is there because ego got offended.    So what use were their powers when ego was still there and resulted in their deeds being bad?   So if we have spiritual experiences or some kind of supernatural gift come to us,  forget about it. It doesn't mean anything at all. Focus on defeating our five demons and especially ego.  Satnaam satnaam satnaam ji bless all.

Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Ji.  It was mentioned a few times recently that the disciple can't go further than their guru.    Like it is a matter of fact, a divine law.    Look at gurbani and the story of bhagat Dhanna Ji.    Even baba ji himself said that every new bhagat that comes goes further than the previous ones and that is how new wisdom is delivered.  That jesus never knew about reincarnation because God didn't reveal that to him.   Baba ji always said that he wanted his students to go further than him.  Just like our teachers at school want us to go further than them.   Even Isaac newton wrote that if he had seen further it is because he has stood on the shoulders of giants.    It means he had the benefit of all the knowledge of past scientists upon which to build upon.   Just as all of us have the knowledge of gurbani and the teachings of baba ji and dassan dass Ji, we can all build upon and go further.    There is no limitation upon us that we can't go further than our guru.  That is completely wrong.

It is just our love, devotion and trust that limit how far we dive in.    There is no limit imposed by the one who got us started.  That is why Dassan Dass Ji wrote that love, devotion and trust is our satguru.

It's only man made religion that says their leader was the last one and no one more advanced can possibly exist.    Imagine if Jews had accepted jesus. Or Christians accepted mohammmed. Or Muslims accepted ten gurus were bringing higher wisdom. Or sikhs accepted the gurus of now are bringing higher wisdom......      It's so hard for religions to do that.    But in every other aspect of our life we accept advancements.  Technology. Food. Clothing. Business. Communication.....but religion.. Still every group wants to stay in the past thinking that no one can go further than their guru.

once upon a time, there was a disciple who was very stubborn. He bother his guru that he wants to meet God. One day to avoid his nagging Guruji told him to go to the river and stand on one leg with folded hands, only come back when you see God. He went and stand. After few hours, he got hungry and cold but did not left because Guruji said that God will come. 3 days 3 nights passed. On 4th day God came and said to him pls open your eyes, i am in front of you. He got very happy and went to told his guru about it. Guruji did not believe him so he took him to the river and pray to God that pls come and meet my guru. It is only because of him I met you. God came, watching this Guruji start crying and told the truth that to stop his nagging I sent him here. To this, God said because of his complete faith in you, i had to fulfil his wish.
Because of his disciple he met God. A disciple who never question or doubt his guru is a true disciple.

And also there seems to be this false benchmark for measuring how far someone is.   Has their trikuti opened or someone else's dassam duar has opened.     So they must be further.    Again if you look at gurbani all these kind of comparisons is what the yogis did... Who has the most powers. By which technique the crown chakras will open.     Dhan baba nanak Ji opened everyone's eyes by their extreme humility and Compassion.    Not by their powers.   Bhai Gurdas Ji wrote that baba nanak met the sidhs who showed their powers to impress him and get him to join them.    So when they asked baba nanak Ji to show his powers all baba nanak Ji said was without satnaam I have nothing.     And all the powers of the yogis disappeared.     This is the greatest thing to learn from Dhan baba nanak Ji that extreme humbleness, Love and Compassion is the greatest quality.    Meetath neevee nanka gun chungaaiaa tat... Being lowest is the essence of all good deeds.   Baba nanak jis bani always comes back to our deeds not our spiritual levels.    That is all nonsense according to gurbani.    Dassan dass Ji also explained in sukhmani Ji that the real super powers of God are the good qualities in our heart. Eg love... There is no limit to love. The more we love the more we can love.  And kindness.  The kinder we are the more kind we get.   We have to earn these divine qualities in our life.  They are called gun...  When we collect them all and make our heart full of goodness then the one who is goodness himself can appear. Pure can only come to pure.    We become nothing and he becomes everything.     Aap gavaaiaa ta Shahu paaiaa aur kaysee chaturaee..... Losing oneself (ego) the Lord is realised.. What other cleverness /technique do you need?     So let's not get fooled by technical talk of my guru is at this level. Your guru is at a higher level...... Highest in God's court is the one who is lowest in this world.  Eeha ka neech dargah ka ooch.

So let's not think a brahmgiani is someone with supernatural powers and amazing spiritual levels and try to see some kind of miracle in their presence. Gurbani says brahmgiani SAGAL kee reena.... Is the dust of all.   And that they are sat ram das.... Servant of  Truth - God.     Nanak dassan dass ka dass... Nanak is the slave of God's slave.        So let's forget about comparing brahmgianis.   Let's just become lowest, servant of God in all.    And look for others who inspire us to go lower and lower, not become something.

On one side is the Light. The Truth.   On the other side is the Darkness. Maya.   In between is the mind.   It has its feet in the light but is reaching for the darkness.     Like a firework into the night sky it only races up looking  for the fantastic fun of  colours and sound and excitement.   It doesn't look back to where it came from.     Once the mind has shot off on its journey into the darkness who can put it back into its box?   The more you try to grab it the more it burns your hands and escapes through your fingers.   The more you hold on to it it will blast you into pieces and throw you burnt out into a barren field.     Where only the couriers of death come to collect you and drag you into hell.     All of gurbani is talking to our mind to reform.   To realise where it come from.  To go back to its true home. The light. The Truth.   If we can just focus the mind on one word  satnaam it will change its direction and take us into the light.   But when we stop saying satnaam it slips out of our hands and shoots back into the dark night.    The mind a beautiful servant if it does Satnaam with love and Compassion to all.  But a terrible master if left to its own devices.    Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam bless us all.

Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Ji.   Our brother-in-law from India came to the UK for a wedding for a week recently.    We caught up with him in India when we went a few weeks ago.     He said that seeing the organisation and cleanliness on the UK roads stuck with him when he got back to driving in India.  He tried to be like that.  But after a couple of days he just reverted back to his old bad habits same as everyone else.         Same with going to Sadh Sangat. We all saw what Baba Ji calls Sach Khand living. The best of human relationships. Loving. Kind. Compassionate humble servants.    But how long does that last when we return back to or normal life, in our families and in our workplaces?    A few days at most then we revert back to maya living.  But are we content with that? Once we have seen truthful living can we ever be content with the false life we came from?    We can't give up. Have to make things better. Have to make our normal life the same as satnaam sat sangat.    Bless all.

If we are judging others then we aren't loving them.   And whilst we judge others we are also being judged.       Better to get out of judging and just loving God in all.  Love the criminal not the crime.  Become dust of everyone's feet.  No one escapes God's law of karma.  Dharam raj gives everyone what they deserve.    Only naam and good deeds go with us. Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Ji Dandauth bandhna Ji to the One in all.     Sat Baba ji said that it is not hard to become truthful. Just have to do it. It's the only wealth worth earning. No one can steal it.     They said that we won't get much benefit from doing naam simran if our deeds are untruthful.  Because ego is still there.    We are doing naam simran to erase ego so we become humble and compassionate.   So much so that God Himself will leave his Dargah and come and reside in our hirdha.   That is pargatio jyot and that is the one who become liberated, dead-whilst-alive.      Thst only happens when we surrender fully.   Surrender means we have no further choice.   Before getting gurparsaadi naam we had choices and how was our life? Full of suffering.    So surrender fully and no more choice.  Surrender mind, body, wealth and follow the divine wisdom.  Baba ji said they gave up parties and birthdays and family functions, nothing got in the way of their daily bandagi.  They gave up judging anyone and kept their mind on everyone's feet.     In their 7 years of bandagi they sat and caught every negative thought and threw it out of their mind. (To Bhai Veer Singh) "My first question," said the visitor, "is - 'Can one reach SatNaam simply by meditating on his Name?' "

Bhai Sahib: "To meet someone you would like to know, you need to find out, a) his name and address, b) have the means to reach him, and c) follow the right path to his door. You have come here from Bombay, you tell me. If you had taken the train to Calcutta instead of to Amritsar, could you have arrived here?"

The second question: "SatNaam, as the Creator, does He ever meet those who remember Him?"

Bhai Sahib: "In the three years you have said you were waiting while looking for the opportunity to meet me, you were in a way remembering me most eagerly day after day, with no lapse of the remembrance of your mission. It became a sort of 'simran'. If two humans could meet in this manner, why couldn't one meet SatNaam, the knower of all hearts, the all-pervading One, the creator, given a proper road map. I have been visiting Bombay almost every year. If I knew you wanted to meet me, I could have saved you the trouble of this long travel. But, I cannot read minds. SatNaam, the knower of all hearts, hears each one of us and blesses us. antar baahar kaaj biroodhee cheet so baarik raaik-alay … [While a mother is at work, inside or outside the house, her thoughts are constantly on the child (GGS:972:17)]. Constant remembrance of Naam is the way."

Bhai Sahib then quoted one more line, before he left:

"nanak laykhai ik gal hor ha-uma / jakh-naa jahaakh - O Nanak, only one thing is of any account: everything else is useless babble and idle ego talk" [GGS:467.15].

At the time when third guru Ji took over, many hardcore sangat did not accept him as the successor.    So he was so humble he agreed with them and left the second guru's town where he had served all those years.

Then he found a small hut and did his bhagti alone.  And put a sign on the door that anyone who comes through it is not welcome and is disobeying them.

Then only one or two Sikhs like bhai Gurdas Ji and baba buddha Ji  could see this wasn't right.  Sangat was going to end up following the wrong person by believing the third guru wasn' the guru as he had left.  But they couldn't disobey the note on the door either.  So they were so humble they blackened their face and ride a donkey backwards (this was a punishment in those days to name and shame someone).  They got to the hut and went in thru the window!  And did humble, humble, super humble ardas for guru amar das Ji to return.  Their love brought him back.

In the world ego wants to be king.  It wants fame and fortune and followers. It builds a big reputation in order to get what it wants.  And we see these characters in the media all the time.     Unfortunately the same thing happens with the so called Holy men.     And the masses are quite happy to go where there is a big following and reputation  and expensive looking buildings.     But the real lover of God is the destroyer of the sickness of ego. So what will they do when the sickness of reputation attaches to them? And fame and fortune start coming and the masses start following?      They will kick it all away to be pure again.    They will destroy their own reputation.  They will uplift others and take the lowest position at their feet.  They will happily walk away.  The worst thing in bandagi is to become a spiritual something.   Titles and praise is a sickness for the saint.  Sant kabir Ji preferred the sangat of his slanderers.

Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Ji everyone should focus on keeping  Satnaam as their highest guru and gurbani as their shabad guru..      Sat is the guru.  Always was. Always is. Always will be. Nothing has changed except for the ones who thought the body was the guru.

Dassan Dass Ji always has said that when we say Satnaam, the guru is with us.       Which guru? GOD, THE HIGHEST GURU.    They always tell us to focus on SAT, that is the supreme power, the gur parsaad.    No one should feel they have lost their guru.

And it is always God that comes to us in the form of any blessed soul.     Trouble is mind gets attached to the physical messenger and can't see God's light inside them.    Bless all.

Focus on God and he comes to bless us in any form of any blessed soul.    But focus on the physical person and we made them into a lesser God. So God never comes.

Satnaam is the satguru.     The light guru.   Gurbani is the shabad guru, the sound guru.      They manifest in the world in the hirdha of a blessed soul.   And we get blessed.

Dassan dass Ji said many times that past sangat who failed in their faith did not have much connection with gurbani guru.    Keeping gurbani guru in our life is essential.     Gurbani says that the one who loses the connection to gurbani withers away.   That we should meet and sing gurbani.

Anything, any wisdom, and person that helps you become better, helps you get closer to God by erasing your ego and making you more kind and compassionate, that is a GOOD thing to keep in your life.      And the opposite is true, anything that takes you away from your heart, from God, from sangat, from good thoughts and Guru's wisdom ...well that is a BAD thing to kick away.    Before taking a step, or saying a word, or doing a deed, we should ask ourself ...is this going to take me closer to God or further away?    "karmee apao apanee ke neray ke dhoor --our deeds are of our own making--and accordingly we go closer or further from God (light in our heart)."  - Jap ji.

And higher than the mind doing good and bad is the heart doing TRUTH.  Baba ji says everytime we say Sat Naam we are going closer and closer to the Divine Light and God Himself is also running to welcome us.   "jini naam dhiaayaa gae maskat ghaal, nanak te mukh ujalay ketee chutee naal.  - the ones who surrendered to naam toiled in the correct way, their faces shine bright and many others are saved with them."   Jap Ji.

ਜਿਤਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ, ਬੇਅੰਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੰਤ ਸਤਿ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪਿਤਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ਰ ਹੈ ਠੀਕ ਉਤਨਾ ਹੀ ਵੱਡਾ, ਬੇਅੰਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੰਤ ਉਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ "ਸਤਿਨਾਮ" ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਸਤਿਨਾਮ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੀ ਉਤਪੱਤੀ ਸਤਿ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਅਰਜਨ ਦੇਵ ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪੂਰਨ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਖਮਨੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ –

ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਲਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ, ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਗਰਭ ਕੇਵਲ ਸਤਿ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵਾਂ, ਜੰਤਾਂ, ਖੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਿਮੰਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਕੇਵਲ ਸਤਿ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਤਿ ਹੀ ਪਰਮ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਸਤਿ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪਿਤਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ "ਸਤਿਨਾਮ" ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਗਰਭ ਕੇਵਲ "ਸਤਿਨਾਮ" ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਤਿ ਨੂੰ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਅਰਜਨ ਦੇਵ ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਸਲੋਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ –

(ਪੰਨਾ ੨੮੪)ਜਿਤਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ, ਬੇਅੰਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੰਤ ਸਤਿ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪਿਤਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ਰ ਹੈ ਠੀਕ ਉਤਨਾ ਹੀ ਵੱਡਾ, ਬੇਅੰਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੰਤ ਉਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ "ਸਤਿਨਾਮ" ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਸਤਿਨਾਮ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੀ ਉਤਪੱਤੀ ਸਤਿ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਅਰਜਨ ਦੇਵ ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪੂਰਨ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਖਮਨੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ –

ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਲਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ, ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਗਰਭ ਕੇਵਲ ਸਤਿ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵਾਂ, ਜੰਤਾਂ, ਖੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਿਮੰਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਕੇਵਲ ਸਤਿ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਤਿ ਹੀ ਪਰਮ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਸਤਿ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪਿਤਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ "ਸਤਿਨਾਮ" ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਗਰਭ ਕੇਵਲ "ਸਤਿਨਾਮ" ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਤਿ ਨੂੰ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਅਰਜਨ ਦੇਵ ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਸਲੋਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ –



ਨਾਮ ਕੇ ਧਾਰੇ ਸਗਲੇ ਜੰਤ ॥

ਨਾਮ ਕੇ ਧਾਰੇ ਖੰਡ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੰਡ ॥

Be simple, compassionate and patience being

We made our lives so complicated and we are just wasting our lives to tackle each and every situation.  We have to have simplicity in our lives.  Our actions and thoughts suppose to be simple not complicated.  Complicated thoughts and actions create Hell in our daily lives and we stay far from truth and peace.  Only simple thought and action take us back to Truth and piece and keep us away from hell living.  We have to earn to be patient with our family member, friends, surroundings and even our enemies.  We have to handle the situation very wisely and with simple manners.  We have to have earn patience to keep alive our self in peace.  We always compassionate towards others but not ourselves.  If we will compassionate towards ourselves then we can serve others with compassion and make this world beautiful.  Better we become simple,compassionate and patient being if we want to stay in peace and moment of truth.  Ek onkar sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat parbraham sarnaee.  Satnaam ji.

Dassan Dass ji wrote that a Sadh/Sidh is the one who has straightened themself out within.      That's what we are doing in Bandagi.  We are straightening out our twisted mind.    How twisted are we?  Infront of others we can put on a nice show.  But really we are what we are when we are alone.    What bad habits do we indulge in?  What demons are we a slave of when we listen to the thoughts within.     The master is the one who has failed more times than the novice has even tried.    Eddison failed 999 times before the light bulb lit. Same with the saints. They never gave up.   We can't give up either.   Baba Ji said "keep the belief alive. It (God) will happen."

Everyone is crying for what they don't have but are never thankful to Satnaam ji for what they do have.

In this world we are crying for what we don't have.  Now we take away "don't" from "we don't have", that leaves: "we have." Now start saying thanks for what we have and count your blessings.   If everyone started doing this  in this world then the crying would finish for what we don't have.  We can ask one question to ourself, do we deserve anything?

Better we stop judging.

We cannot obtain/attain/gain/achieve/realize purity without Truth

All of us want to achieve purity but we don't do truthful deeds.  If somehow we do any deed then we do under Ego and Pride.  Deeds under the Ego and Pride are not truthful deeds.  Until our mind is dirty with Lust, Anger, Greed, Attachments and Ego & Pride, how we can Gain the purity.  If 5 Thieves standing in our minds and no door open to go our heart, how purity can enter into it.  If someone says to us, we are in Ego and pride then our Anger pop up as a Warrior to fight with others.  If we don't have humility, how we can realize purity.  If our mind is not calm and in desires to enjoy worldly things, how we can obtain purity.   When we make house, we make strong base.  If base is strong then we can make high rise building on it.  We cannot put high rise building on the sand or flat ground. We need internal purity not just external purity.  Most of us just worried about External purity.  External purity cannot create Love or Patience.   All of us clean our homes each and every day or on the weekends.  Doesn't matter how much we clean our homes still dirt sitting here and there in the house, even we clean the carpet with any kind of vacuums but still dirt under the carpet.  Vacuum can pick up dirt from the top not from bottom of the carpet pad.  Same way in our minds, dirt is hiding here and there.  Only we can clean this dirt with truth.  We need strong base and only we can purify ourselves with Selfless service and Charity and achieve purity.   Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam ji  forever.  Ek sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat parbraham sarnaee.

These people need to understand what GURBANI says and what they should do.

Those who are proficient in Punjabi are at advantage and should use their Punjabi language skills to understand the depth of GURBANI by reading the KATHA.

Qn.  In samadhi a question struck us, that once through you we had come to know - once we meet the True guru and he kindly gives Naam, than he also carries you and places you from Dharam Khand to Karam Khand directly through his spiritual balance and the rest journey of transversing Karam khand to Sachkhand and merger with Akal Purakh ji has to be performed by abyaasyi only through his Naam di kamai.

The question remains that what happens to all the knowledge acquiring related to Dharam, Gyan and Saram Khands, is that missed out as abhyaasi was directly put into Karam Khand by the grace of his/her Guru ? 

Reply: 

Satnaam Ji, you didn't really lose anything on the spiritual path followed by you currently. Though your gains are tremendous and unbelievable. The only problem is that you don't realize how much you have been given for no efforts by you and that makes you vulnerable to loose it equally fast for lack of dedication and Surrender needed to keep going. You can also be carried away easily by the influence of the environment you are existing leading to turning your back towards the SATGURU. So the chances of slipping away in wrong direction are pretty high. The chances of failing are pretty high.

Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Ji.   Yes can't miss amritvela and giving daswandh and give up desires.   When we went thru our hard time baba Ji told us afterwards that our seva saved us.        Ego and desires.... I want  and I don't want.   Those are the thoughts that pull us into maya and turn us away from Satguru.    The thoughts that doubt the satguru and the wisdom  seem very true when we are falling alway. But we have to recognise these thoughts are taking us away from satguru so only ego repels Truth so it must be ego  .    We must always have firm belief that satguru is the light is the truth.  So it must be the mind, the ego that is wrong when it is negative towards the satguru android following the wisdom.   God bless you.

We spent most of our life trying to understand everything and in the end all that knowledge just becomes a burden as well.  We just want to love God. And it's better to just be humble and loving.  So if we feel humble and loving after simran and in our day that is much better.   So gurbani says.. Meree mat thoree ram tu samrath vada... My wisdom is little lord you are supreme.     So if Dhan guru arjun dev Ji who knew everything still says they know little then it is better we also take the lowly path.

It doesn't matter if anyone in your family believes in the path you are on.   It only matters that you believe in the guru God gave you.   We don't have to save the world we only have to save ourself. A drowning man will only drown you. So save yourself first and get your feet into solid ground then reach out to others.      Otherwise friends and family will only pull you off your path.   Give your head and pay no attention to them.  Stay strong like an elephant walking on its path while the dogs bark unto the dark night.

Baba Ji told us in a dream last night that the opening (grace) we have will close one day if we don't go through it.         So everyday we waste by not doing our bandagi we fall further from grace until we lose it all.

With the Lords feet in their heart  the whole world bows to their feet.  Even the mighty ganges and laxmi and vishnu seek the sadh sangat where they can get the dust of the gurmukh's feet.     That Muslims greet each other saying salaam, yogis greet each other saying ades, but the Sikhs of the guru greet each other by touching the feet.  Why the feet? Because they are the humblest part of the body. They are lowest in position and carry the whole body weight.  Wereas the head is perched up high thinking it is something. Satguru(True Guru) and Chella(devotee) relationship is like Tree and Fruit.   Until Fruit is part of the tree is relation, as soon as the fruit fall on the ground the relationship between tree and fruit finished.  Everyone attract towards tree full with fruit then fruit on the tree not fruit fallen on the ground.  People they go to the Orchard and they try to pick nice one from the tree not from the ground in dirt.   Gardener make one basket from same Orchard fruit fallen from the many trees and send to the market and want to sell but everyone go for fresh and not damaged fruit from the ground.  Satguru  has gareebi(humility) to keep all fruit, never judge fruit is ripe or not ripe, damaged with storm or wind or safe.  Until we are with Satguru ji we are fine, as soon as we cut our relationship from Satguru ji, we are same like fruit sitting on the ground in dirt.  Until we are with Satguru ji we are safe.  Without Satguru ji's blessings all is Maya, and Maya can eat us without teeth.  Satnaam ji bow to you all, love you all, dust of each and everyone's lotus feet Satnaam ji forever..

Street Dog is not faithful to no one.  If street dog is hungry ready to bite others and if full still ready to bite others.   The Street dog is one day in one street and another day in other street.  Now dog under someone care is faithful to person where he gets shelter, get name from the owner and always serves the owner.  Master of that Dog always looks after his own Dog and this Dog has good qualities.  Now person who doesn't have Master is same like street dog, no shelter not at all, from one life to another life just keep going. Just bark like street dog and ready to harm others.   We need True master to get shelter in House of truth.  Without True Master we cannot get shelter and no one for look after. I believed it would lead to happiness but life became a mess.    Ego is the biggest liar.  Ego is not my friend.  Ego when all goes well says I am the best. But when all is lost it says I am a mess. A failure, useless and gets depressed.    Ego keeps me trapped in the logic mind. Keeps me blind.   God helps those who pray with humbleness, who call for help like an innocent child fallen in the well.     But the big egotist claim they are right.  And they feel God's might upon their head. They lose the graceful guru God sent.  And end up back on the path of darkness.   The light becomes dim hidden deep in the heart.  And they are enveloped in a grip so dark.    Ego and logic is not my friend.     Pray like an innocent child fallen into hell. SATNAAM,  early this morning we couldn't sleep and we were trying to do simran but having difficult so we did ardas for some help. Eventually in the early morning our eyes shut and we saw the following:

Baba ji and entire Sangat came to our house. Our folks were not happy. Baba ji came into the living room and that he was going to make us do simran. Then he took us into a room where Sangat were all sat in one direction doing simran. We went a sat at the space at the front and closed our eyes.. instantly, we saw gold Prakash in the darkness of our eyes and the entire japji sahib was being recited in our ears in a divine strong voice. Then we saw Dhan Dhan Guru Nank infront of us. Then we saw circles ascending like vibrations. Then we saw a lotus flower growing infront of our eyes. We were in pure Anand and that point. Then we saw Dhan Dhan Guru Nanak again and the flower came from the bottom of his spine and went up to the top of his head. We saw this as a reflection, and it was Dhan Dhan.

Then baba ji was explaining all the issues that was inside of us, as people have made comments to us in past which has annoyed us in past. Our family (which is represent of our dhoots) were arguing against it. But we knew, and they tried putting doubts but we remained strong in our faith with baba ji. It feels unshakeable at the moment. Baba ji taught us in essence to be fearless and strong, and help us spiritually but making us do simran so easily.

We are grateful and we are nothing.

Please please please, keep us at your charana forever, do not let us go, and do not allow us to let your charana go. We beg for such mercy. We love you.

You are doing bandagi for your self. Your true self. Your soul. Your benefit.    When we don't do it we lose. The soul cries. Everyone cries. Whole world is crying. Baba nanak Ji said even the birds on the trees are crying.

Daswandh is the key to everything.  Give tenth of time and money to guru. Do good all day. Nothing else to think about. All will be taken care of. Do ardas all day.   Relationship is only with God guru inside you. Nothing and no one else.

A rich aunt, living a very luxorious life said, "other than money there is nothing... I don't believe in God.... ".   She said when her daughter introduced her boyfriend the first thing she asked to see was his payslip.         Last week was the wedding.   Very expensive locations. Best food, amazing outfits, bollyood dancing, hundreds of guests rejoicing in Indian culture .   All happy to be remembered by the rich. Drinking and dancing all night and not sleeping until 5am.      Even half naked women dancing on stage as entertainment. This was the court of Maya.

"The beloved of the world, but the enemy of the saints.

Teen lok kee pyaree. Santan kee bairee."  Kabir Ji.

God was nowhere to be seen in any of their lives.       Many financially poorer religious people see the worldly success of these godless people and doubt God.   They think God didn't give them much money, but the godless ones he makes rich.    Sat Baba Ji said, "the ones God wants push away (because of their bad deeds) he gives them Maya. But those He loves (because of their good deeds and heartfelt prayers), He gives them Himself, His Naam, Sat Naam."       

Dassan Dass Ji said there is nothing wrong in having money, it is a commodity to use I  order to live. Like a paper cup we drink from and then discard.  The water was important not the cup.    To say the cup is everything we miss the priceless nature of water the Naam, the love of God.

Pritam Anand Ji also said, "do Sat Naam and enjoy your life."    It's when we forget Sat Naam and Sat Deeds in our life that we are slaves of maya.  Stand up to maya slavery don't let the ones who have sold themself to maya put doubts of God in you.

When we look at baba Ji and  dassan dass Ji we are inspired to be like them.  When we look at the hell some of you are  in we are inspired not to be like that.       Everyday people die it reminds us that time is short and we can't waste a moment forgetting satnaam.    Everyday people get old and sick and it reminds us that death is coming for us as well.  Everyday you waste you never get back.   Wrapped in the black blanket of your own bad deeds and not wanting to get out? Willingly drinking the sweet poison of maya.   Purposely ignoring the wisdom of the guru God sent you.     Why wouldn't hell be waiting for you?    Do bandagi and only your life improves. Don't do it and you go down, you also take down your partner and kids. Friends and family all go down with you and your negativity.    Save yourself and you save all those around you too.     Too many people in the sangat are not serious. Have given up. Just happily ignoring doing bandagi seriously.  If that is you, ask yourself why are you still in sangat?  What are you getting?  What are you giving to others.... Negativity? Darkness? Why not improve yourself. Become bright and light and be a light for others?     Instead of being a burden to yourself and those around you?   And I don't mean get depressed reading this and give up and get suicidal. Or feel unloved.    I mean take bandagi seriously and do ardas and get up at Amritvela and come to sangat as humble beggar and do seva seriously.  Transform yourself.    Why drag out your pain and anguish year after year?    Same old state of mind year after after year.  Aren't you sick of yourself yet? Don't you despise yourself yet?   Ask yourself these questions? When am I going to change?   And if not, then why am I in this sangat?

Dandaut bandana babaji
Satnaam ji.
While doing simran in the evening , I had vision of a golden road just like some trekk pathway leading to stairs which ultimately ended in a big hall where I had darshan of 10th guru sitting on singhasan in the shape of gold plated eagle . I did dandaut to them. Then I saw diamonds showering on guru nanak dev ji standing in one corner of that hall/mahal.  Then suddenly whole hall filled with golden blue beads. Then I walked  upstairs where I had darshan of aapji, babaji and mataji. I heard Satnaam there in loud voice again and again .
Then I had a vision of sky. I saw a horse of 10th guru standing there. That horse took me thru a road ( foggy and blurry ) , I was unable to see anything but I just kept on moving . We finally reached our destination which is a giant stone on which shivaji was doing his meditation or something similar. Then I saw he was looking down and laughing at the misdeeds of people. He was getting happy on seeing people fighting for no reason or backstabbing each other,  I mean all the bad deeds. On seeing all this, I started reciting satnaam there due to which he got violent and started doing his tandav. But ultimately he calmed down and laid down on the floor and then disappeared.
While doing simran, I saw so many sant souls in white clothes around me in my hostel room.  I did dandaut to them .
Then I saw one of my friend came to my room and sat in the centre of room which was already occupied with sant souls. Suddenly black ashes came out of her body and in no time my room turned into a black smoky room.  We along with sant souls continued our simran and slowly the things started getting back to normal . That smokiness began to disappear.

Baba Ji said "keep the belief alive and it will happen."    When we stop believing that we can be with God, merged in Him, then we sink into despair, desperately running around like a headless chicken trying to make sense of our life and grabbing onto temporary comforts but nothing really satisfies us deep down.

Baba Ji said, "I am bonded only to Truth."  Deep down in our hirdha are we anchored to "satnaam satnaam satnaam" ?  Or do we drift like a rudderless boat being tossed around on the terrible ocean of the mind?    

If we complain and blame others including God and our Guru for our situation, then what kind of servant are we?  

Dassan Dass Ji said we must take responsibility for our situation and state of mind as being the result of our own past deeds, thoughts and feelings.   

When we accept our mistakes and misdeeds and ask for forgiveness we can be cleaned up and we can move on.  If we hold on to our mind complaining and blaming and keeping grudges we keep ourself in hell.

A REAL LIFE STORY OF BANDGI
ANOTHER MESSAGE FROM AMIT MALHOTRA JEE - THIS IS ALL MAHIMA OF SAT SAT SAT PAAR BRAHAM PARMESAR
PLEASE READ IT AND ENJOY IT

Dear Babaji and Dassan Dass Ji,
Satnaam Ji,
Dandauth Bandhna Ji

With your enormous grace and blessings we met Nanak who now takes and shows Sachkhand  to this donkey student of yours every time in Meditation.
Whenever we close our eyes we were able to see Nanak sitting at the third eye focus in the Nanak pose. The following is the most common sequence of events shown to your donkey student so far in various Meditation sessions during the weekend.

The closure of eyes shows us as a small child who crawls towards Nanak who lifts us in his arms. Baba Nanak then brings water to bathe us from a pool / tank / pond  with lotus flower, or inverts the bucket full of this water over us and we see water flowing over each and every part of our child self. We are then shown that Nanak puts us on his lap and we see his long beard touching us. He then immerses with us in his lap into the depths of this pool. As we go deeper and deeper we note that the light fades perhaps because it is unable to reach the depths of this pool. We are also shown that after reaching a considerable depth there are so many white souls taking bath in absolute dark depth of the pool. However, Nanak takes us into more depths and we even lose sight of white souls which fade away from our sight. Baba Nanak  then rubs the entire body including top of head, forehead, back of head, area above ears on either side of head and when we come out of the pool we see lotus flowers have come out from various regions of the body including a big lotus from top of the head. Whereas the 4 sides of head we see that slits have opened and bright white light is seen entering. We then hold Nanaks index finger and walk together into the region of white Mist / fog. After some time we are shown a white temple we do Dandauth and we could count 10 steps which we walked upwards to the gate of this temple. We enter this gate with Nanak and Guru Gobind Singhji is shown seated on the throne who comes down and holds us in his arms. He takes us up and sits on the throne with us seated in his lap. We also saw ourself dressed like a king. We pray to him to make us Neechon ka Neech and bless us only with Naam Simran, Naam ki Kamai, puran Bandagi and Seva. Please also bless us with Rom Rom Satnaam 24 x 7. Nanak and Gobind Singh Ji walks us and we met Babaji and Dassan Dass Ji and did Dandauth to them. Masters were very happy and Dassan Dassji presented us with a Trident and Babaji presented us with a Chakra. Babaji showed us a place where we could keep our toys.. All 5 of us played with toys for some time. We were then shown some friends. One of them turned black on seeing us and we did Dandauth to seek forgiveness for any reason which we were currently not aware of. All souls were happy and we were also happy in getting so many new friends. We played with various new friends for some time then we were shown waterfall with milky white water falling from top all of us played in it. We were also shown a big pond or a tank filled with absolutely white liquid. We all jumped into this tank and took a dip. When we came out we saw our body shining in whitest of white. We were also shown ourself as a white Swan (Hansa) swimming in this white Sachkhand pool.

After this we saw Nanak sitting at our third eye focus and with every utterance of Sat we started feeling a strong desire to raise our right hand with palm facing and touching our heart and then into Nanak pose with raised right hand in blessing pose. We tried to avoid this but it seemed that Nanak in the Third eye focus was doing it and we somehow could not stop the same.

After seeing the above things we thought that maybe our mind is playing tricks and we called Babaji to seek guidance. Babaji told us that everything that we have seen  is true and you will never be born again. Babaji also told us to pray to God that we want to know everything about you.

During Amritvela today morning we said the same thing to Nanak and Guru Gobind Singh Ji and subsequent to bath in the Sachkhand Pool of white liquid we saw Gobind Singh Ji as a warrior at the third eye focus for a considerable duration.

We do not know anything about the above nor are we able to understand anything much. We have just written what was shown to us or which we could gather.

Being born in a Hindu family we always followed Devi and Devtas worship. We started Satnaam Simran only on May 3, 2013 and was in a way introduced to Sikhism religion at that time only. Therefore we do not know anything. We never thought all such things ever existed actually. To be Honest we do not even know the names of all 10 Sikh Gurus even now. We have not read any religious scripture or holy book of any religion. The total visits to any Gurudwara together in our life will not be more than 10. We never did any Seva.  We sinned every time in every occasion we can remember in our life so far. We are a worst animal or a devil on this earth. We did everything wrong.

Perhaps the only thing that we tried to do right in our life so far is to obediently and sincerely follow and surrender to Babaji and Dassan Dass ji's teachings and commandments as much and as far as possible.

Babaji and Dassan Dass Ji you have changed our life and we bow a zillion times at your holy feet. Everything comes only and only with your grace and nothing else cannot or will never ever matter.

Please bless us with rom rom satnaam and may we remain Neechon ka neech and dust below your holy feet.

Shweta was first blessed with the GURPARSAD in 2008 and she came to see us in 2010 at Chandigarh at Dr Bhupinder Singh JI's house. Taranjeet also came to meet us at the same time. We think Prabhjyot and his mother also came at the same time. Today she was reminded of an incident that happened with her in 2011 and she wants to share it with you all. Here is what she has to share:

tonight with your grace i remember one incident from the year 2011. It was diwali night, my family was not on speaking terms with me because i love one intercaste guy. I was living in jaipur. Around 1.30am i received a phone call from the mother of my landlord that his son beat his wife, some head injuries are there and she is leaving hospital. she warned me that he is coming to rape me, bht gandi nigaahe rakhi hui h, requested me not to call police and do not open door. I will come soon from hospital.
we got very scared, all alone. to stop the door from opening, we sat on the other side. all night he beat my door and i was doing satnaam satnaam please save me. after some time he did vomiting on my door, i was completly wet in his vomit but didnt left door.
around 5.30 am he left downstairs and we heard a lot of scream. we got up, get ready and left the apartment around 7am, went to my work place which is always open.
we received a call from his mother that his brain got damage, alot of blood came from nose, eyes, ears and mouth and he is in coma. she ask me to forgive him. i forgave him instantly.
after 3 days his mother along with his wife and daughter came to my apartment and started crying, saying that he is in coma, pls save him. his 10 year old daughter ask me aunty aapne maaf nhi kiya to papa marr jayenge kya?
when they left i cried a lot and meditate, saw you and requested you to forgive him. you got angry and said khud jaa k bacha le mai to nhi jaa rha.
when we slept that night, we saw a hell. cant describe in words, so many steps built with graphite kind of material, so many people buried half underneath in it. we saw my landlord in a step, try to pull him out but cant, so we pushed him inside with my foot. he went inside. suddenly our name with date of birth time of birth appeared on that stone, written as shweta born on 24 oct 1985 at 15:08 is here. we got curious and suddenly two very scary beast came shouting, pakad lo ise, ye yahan free kar rhi h sabko. ye god k against jaa rhi h..
we ran with the speed of light and our eyes opened. it was 2.15am, we cry a lot. at 4.30am we received a call from his mother that my son is came out of coma.
that place those faces of beasts haunted me for months. we have to took very high sleeping pills for 6 months continously.
today in my amritvela we remembered the whole incident, the power of satguru, how he save us when everyone left our side.

It can feel like we are not getting anywhere in bandagi or that others are doing much better.   In the past we have let those feelings get us down and we feel like a failure.   And then we don't feel like doing bandagi. So as we don't like feeling low under this black cloud above our head we desperately look for some comforts.  And we revert to maya comforts.     Until we get so sick of it.  Then we realise that there is no deep down satisfaction in those comforts.  And we are just negative towards others. We hate ourself and we hate others. We become miserable and selfish. We even think what is the point of having a guru or doing bandagi? It is hard work to get up early and do truth. It is much easier to enjoy maya's comforts.    Even having the divine wisdom and blessings of Sat Baba Ji why do we let ourself fall into the hell consciousness? How did it happen?    Well the day we decided we would miss simran, the time we decided it's OK to miss sangat. The moment we decided it's OK to go back into our comforts.  The time we decided we will enjoy the five demons again and not give daswandh or do any seva.  That is the moment that ego rose up and opened the door for the five demons to come back and wreck this house we had been so lovingly cleaning up.   And we became a slave of maya again.  But our satguru is kind and knows what we are doing. They keep blessing and watching.  When maya slaps us and our heaven turns to hell. If we then regret and repent and totally surrender to guru Ji that we have made the greatest mistake in turning our back, if we say we give mind, body and wealth to you and will do the ardas and the daily discipline, then satguru ji doesn't delay in uplifting us. The black cloud dissipates. The ego goes under the feet.   Humbleness fills our heart.  We sing the praise with an open heart. We love to serve the sangat.  We are blessed.   We must, must, must surrender fully and be wide awake to not falling back into hell by not missing simran, seva and sangat for any reason. Confessions clean us up.

Confessions makes you realize your mistakes.

Confessions makes us realize how mean and how much dirty we are.

Confessions makes us realize how much deep in the scum we have been living.

Confessions makes us realize how bad we are and how much poison we have been drinking.

Confessions makes us realize that what are the road blocks to our bandgi.

Confessions makes us realize that why our simran is not going deeper.

So please work on confessions and clean up yourself.

Specific confessions are more helpful than general confessions.

The things that have really had a very profound impact on your behavior and your character and took you in the direction of self destruction are important to confess openly.

The incidents that have really hurt you mentally and physically are the ones for open confessions.

For other things self confessions are good.

... 

Self judgement is very important and good to do.

It tells you where you are amd what you need to do to be where we should be.

It tells you your weaknesses.

It tells us our awguns (misdeeds).

So self judgment tell us what should we focus on.

Confessions is a self judgment too.

It cleans us up and also tells us and motivates to focus more on truthful deeds.

Those who gauge themselves constantly make progress.

Those who don't gauge themselves are like stagnant water which gets dirty and stinking.

Only the ones who keep moving are good like constantly flowing water.

You don't have to confess every little thing in sangat.

Self confessions for small day to day things is good enough.
