Satnaam ji,  look at harnoor jis story from texas family,  he is getting gurmat direct from dassam patshah ji in his childhood.  This is the same thing that happened with dhan dhan baba virsa singh ji. So one story finishes and another one starts,  Sat parbraham never leaves humanity on their own,  satguru s keep coming,  we just have to pray for meeting them,  serving them,  earning their Sat bachans.  We are very blessed to be in this sangat.

With baba Ji kirpa, harnoor Ji has had some great experiences. We were all doing simran and dhan dhan Dassam patshah ji blessed harnoor with darshan. They came and sat on the sofa. Harnoor did dandout and placed a ottoman under their feet so they can rest. Harnoor continued doing dandout to guru Ji and  us and this was uncontrolled by him. Therefore it is his Asan.

He also saw a bright light that was red, turned to yellow and then green light with pink flowers around the light while doing simran.

That night Dassam patshah told him to do satnaam simran in the morning and Ek Oankar sat Parbraham Saranee simran in the evening.

We all did that Simran and baba ji gave their blessings and Jekara Bol ke and left.

Another night when doing simran, he received hukam to do simran for 45 minutes. While doing so, he felt tingling feeling in his body and he saw negative energy (skulls and skeletons) being removed from him.

He continued doing simran and got up after.

This morning he did simran and he saw a bright green light with flowers around it. The flowers kept changing colors and then the flowers turned into rainbow colors. The flowers started moving back and forth.

Sangat was very blessed with Sat parbraham ji with us all. 

We felt Sat is the diamond light inside our hirdha,  and all we have to do is put all our focus on just SAT the word and sound inside us,  and to let all the filth of hopes and wants and desires wash off the diamond.  Even let go of desires for spiritual experiences,  just focus on SAT SAT SAT and nothing else,  expect nothing else,  and SAT SAT SAT  is all there is.  we felt SAT lighter getting bigger and to stronger and expanding into all fourteen realms driving out the darkness like the sun's rays remove the dark night.   Then inderjit aunty ji sung beautifully and she said afterward  Sat parbraham ji did it all,  made her stand  and sing,  made her go into a says,  that he is with her 24hours a day,  healing her through her own hands rubbing and massaging her body so caring,  precise on the pressure points and nadis (acupuncture energy lines that take energy from chakras and spread around the astray body,  they get blocked without Naam then turns to sickness in the body,  like a plant that doesn't get watered) and caring ,  better than any doctor or chiropractor she has ever been too,  all sangat was dhan dhan,  many blessings upon all all. 

Even now,  sitting here,  we hear only SAT SAT SAT SAT SAT SAT....pounding  inside our core/hirdha.   Aysa Gur ko bal bal jaayaay. 

What we realise over the years is how simple this path is,  dassan dass jis katha is same now as it was 12 years ago... Do satnaam 2.5hrs a day,  give daswandh, no worldly desires and don't miss a day.   It is so simple,  but we make it complicated by not doing it.   Everyone who is complaining or confessing about five thieves and sins,  we were like that too,  it's only until we did 2.5hrs simran everyday without fail all the thieves stopped bothering us,  until then it's always hell for us.

And when we stop doing 2.5 hrs simran everyday then all the five thieves and desires came back.

It's as simple as that.

There are 50 days to UK sangat,  let's all commit for these next 50 days we are putting 2.5hrs simran in everyday without fail and we are not going to worry about any worldly things.  Just simran and seva and good deeds... Put everything else on hold.

Let's clean up inside so hum ghar sajjan aayaa... My friend has come to my house.  Like when dassan dass ji said after baba ji maharaj came to their house they danced with joy that God has come to their house.

Once sangat from a long say came to see dhan guru arjun dev ji,  they had never seen him before,  just heard of his greatness. They took off their shoes in a rush and went running into the darbar but guru ji wasn't there.  They asked and were told,  o he is outside in the shoe area doing seva,  he was the one who took your shoes and wiped them with his beard. (gur ke charan kes sang chaaray).

Once the tenth guru put on a disguise of a poor dirty man,  and went to the Langar in the middle of the night asking for food,  the Sikhs didn't recognise him,  but served the poor man.  Next day tenth guru ji told them they passed the test,  they are treating all like they treat guru.

Dhan dhan Jesus ji who said,  how you have treated the least of men,  is how you have treated me.

Dhan dhan bhai kaneya ji,  who served water to wounded soldiers of both sides,  saying to tenth guru ji,  I only see your face in all.

In sangat,  Paul a 12yr old boy told baba ji,  I saw all creatures with your face.  Baba ji said,  all is me.

Yogi bhajan said,  if you have not seen God in all,  you have not seen God at all.

Gareeb da moo guru da golak.. The mouth of the poor is the guru's money box.

When dassan dass ji came to the UK first time,  sangat was packed,  everyone wanted to sit close to dassan dass ji,  we went and Sat in the sangat shoes and cleaned them.   When the tests came none of those packed sangat remained,  but dassan dass ji has kept us dumb fool here.

We saw that in our life too,  we just have to be true to satnaam,  satguru and Sat sangat, keep them highest priority ahead of family and job and friends. Then the ones near us after trying their best to pull us back,  finally realise they have to change how they try to control us or leave.  But they have too much moh to leave,  so they change.

So they give up on controlling us,  and actually they get some peace too.

When we do satnaam we are going from hell to heaven to Truth/ Sach khand.  And people around us are all in hell as well,  but get left behind.  They try their best to keep us in hell and it creates a huge storm of arguments, controlling behaviour,  basically all the thieves in them come out to pull us back into hell. And as we too are still not stable in satnaam then it's easy for our thieves to get activated too.  So they get angry at us for going to sangat and we get angry at them for stopping us.  So we have to pass these tests by applying patience and thinking good for the other instead of seeing them as our enemy.

When we do Satnaam then the Truth comes out of what others really think of us and how they want to control us and keep us as they were used to.  Whether it's our parents or kids or spouse,  they all have personal benefits for keeping us as we were,  so they fight to keep us like that.

So we have to go through this storm and it kicks up all the falsehood inside everyone and strains everyone,  but when we stay true to Satnaam and Sat deeds through it all,  then when the dust settles,  all relationships are remade in Truth.  So everyone knows where everyone truly stands and live and let live prevails,  no one controlling anyone else,  everyone free to believe and live how they want.
The biggest thing we got from reading dhan dhan Sat parbraham baba virsa singh ji is the power of faith.   Baba ji has said to us too BELIEVE.   The brigadier disciple who said,  what's the point of saying "God, god"  all the time,  but you are still full of fear when faced with problems.   It so true,  that is the time  to face the fear with satnaam,  satnaam in our heart.   That is why miracles happened in baba virsa singh Ji's life,  the had so much faith whenever faced with impossible problems.

May Sat Sat sat bless us all to have faith to face our fears.

Pitaji we are surprised at how internally stable we felt when Ross Ji told us he felt that we are best friends but not good as man and wife; and therefore believes we are better off going our separate ways. We received this news on Monday night and today is Sunday. We are eternally grateful for the stability of emotions SATNAAM ji has brought to our life. When our first marriage disintegrated we were a complete suicidal intoxicant indulging incomprehensible self destructing mess. The contrast is of day and night.
Over the past several days we've continued to stay in the moment as when we spoke with Babaji he said to do just this. Our love for Ross ji has not changed. We love him as we love you. We show our love by doing his seva and this has not wavered. In real life we had a twinge of sadness on Wednesday but we focused on SATNAAM Simran and this sadness faded away very quickly.
In our dream life we expressed anger on 2 occasions and we also experienced Moh last night.
Ross Ji on the other hand has been a complete emotional wreck. He has cried so much that his eyes are swollen to a point that is difficult to watch. He's called in sick to work a couple of times. When we try to console him he says he needs to find himself. He says we are precious and that he loves us but he doesn't see a future. So we ask him then why he cries. And simply put he cries out of deep attachment. He states he too wants to learn detachment as we have learned. We have explained this is by SATNAAM JIS grace. Also we explained if he wants to practice detachment he can do this while we continue to stay together. We suggested he do SATNAAM Simran and he agreed. We asked him if we should give up hope on our end in regards to our relationship and after a few moments he said no. So we asked him why it was okay for him to give up hope. After further discussion, this fool came to realise her mistakes. Since we got NAAM we were so keen to not miss Amritvela we began to sleep in a different room from Ross ji. Since our arrival in Saudi we have our own room as we go to bed quite early and Ross ji is usually coming to sleep when we are awakening for Amritvela.
We have become disconnected in this aspect of our relationship. Ross ji and I have agreed to both make an effort to fix the issues in our relationship. We have made it very clear we will not compromise any aspect of our simran and he states he would never ask us to do such a thing. So we are both going to make an effort to make this relationship work. We came to this resolution yesterday and his immediate emotional response was feeling uplifted. Truthfully we felt not difference in our emotional state. We did however feel content that we will get a chance to further serve him and perhaps with all your blessings maybe Ross Ji too will find SATNAAM peace and love within himself. We ask that all pray for Ross Ji to be blessed with Gurprassad, Puran Bandaghi and Niskaam Seva ji

This past week we felt free to be who we really are. Meaning prior we were reserved about sharing anything about SATNAAM with Ross Ji as we didn't want to freak him out. This week was a huge blessing in that we dropped all reservations, as we thought we would be parting ways. Our Simran in the evenings increased as we didn't feel a need to make an effort to sit with him in front of the television. We began to do Dandaut to him, pressing our forehead tightly against his sweet feet. We played our shabad as loud as we desired. We dropped and did Dandaut wherever and whenever we felt the internal Hukam and it was so freeing to just be. We thank you infinitely for these blessings.

We are in deepest of gratitude as we not deserving and completely undeserving of all the grace and loving blessings upon us.

We came to realise this week that we LIVE FOR YOU SATNAAM WE DIE FOR YOU SATNAAM JI WE LOVE YOU SATNAAM JI

We have this underlying somber feeling. This true sense of disconnection from everything but SATNAAM. Our heart aches for SATNAAM.

We pray that the masses of people in the world are exposed to and get to experience the TRUTH that we have been so incredibly blessed with.

In a dream after simran,  we saw beautiful fish darting in the sea,  and so many colourful parachutes swirling in the blue sky,  then with these colours of maya and people enjoying them attracting us we started feeling sad,  because our soul is crying without satnaam.

Great are those gursikhs who sell their mind to their guru. Great are those gursikhs who go to sleep early and get up for amrit Vela.  Great are those gursikhs who put their guru first before eating,  drinking,  walking,  working, even breathing.  Great are those gursikhs who being successful in the world give all the glory back to their satguru.  Great are those gursikhs who defeat their five thieves and become gurmukh.  May we become the dust of their feet so a sinner like us can be ferried across.  Great is their love and great is their guru who himself is nothing but love.

This fool does not deserve the Love and Grace You kept showering us with.  Your Sweet sweet sweet Unconditional Love.  This fool will like to share an experience happened at last week's Sangat.

 

Upon sitting for meditation we were felt a lot of peace, joy and love.  Once we started to meditation we focused on cleansing and spinning the chakras (not sure how to explain), having done that, we then focused on bringing white light to each chakra from the top of the head through the spine as Babaji instructed us to do.  We cleansed the body with Amrit and white light and we saw the entire body illuminated in white light.

 

We saw, at heart center a small outline being/thing in translucent white light. It was moving like wave or side-to-side.  The outline looks as that of a person.  We didn't give it too much of attention.  We just let it be, as we've seen all sort of beings in the past from heart center. 

 

Sangat and meditations was Dhan Dhan, we saw the room filled with saints, great souls, Dhan Dhan Guru Nanak Ji, Dhan Dhan Shri Gobind Ji, Dhan Dhan Jesus ji. They were showering us with beautiful flowers.  We felt the flowers as they touched our skin.  Fresh, moist, cool, and refreshing.  We caught amrit in our palm, which we drank and then pour some over our entire body.

 

We felt our chakras spinning fast and moving as we vibrate.  In bliss, in gratitude, in laughter, in joy, in happiness, in SAT!  It was so beautiful.  Words cannot explain or there is no words yet created to explain or this fools just does not know the words.

 

We then saw Shiva ji who just stand and stared as us.  We then became lowest of low in his presence.  We told him we are nothing, we are shit of shit, we are nastiest of nasty, we are filthiest of filth.  We told him that 1 strand of fur on his clothing is greater than us.  We acknowledge and thank him for being in our life in the past and told him our life now is with Babaji. We told him to go to Babaji and to leave us as we are not worth of his time.  Then he left.

 

Just after that, we saw Babaji's face popping up like bubbles everywhere.  Tiny ones, small one and large ones, everywhere laughing.  Then an extremely large face of Babaji popped up right in front of my face laughing.  He was in, within, around everywhere and everything...laughing.  Showing us that Everything is HIM.

 

We saw a young man in his 20's in a blue green turban with beard.  This vision came from the third eye. We asked him, who he was and why is he showing himself.  Then the vision opened larger and larger and we saw thousands of the same like person in Sangat singing.  Babaji said that was another world that are singing as we are doing SATNaam.

 

Then Gurcharan ji was singing with Amarveer ji on tabla.  As the drums were beating, something was happening to us. We felt our body moving and dancing without us doing anything.  It was out of our control. It wants to get up and shake. We closed our eyes and enjoyed the beats as it goes in our being; we felt the sound resonating in our cells, our body, almost like ecstasy.  We let it be, let it flow, as we drench in it.  As we were doing so, we felt something inside of us moving.  Then we observed that there is a person who is dancing like crazy in us. Arms thrown freely, hair flung wildly.  Dancing with no inhibitions. Dancing FREELY with no care.  We saw our body separately sitting, while this person dancing… We were observing as a third person. The Body, the Mind and the Soul.  We (the Mind) were scared. We thought something possessed us as we sat quietly observing this person having a Great time.  We went back to what happened in Texas last November.  Our though was, Oh my God, something possessed us. 

 

Later we went over to Mataji to ask her to scan us as we saw something dancing in us.  Babaji overheard us speaking and He said that our Soul was dancing and the mind will not even allow us to enjoy that.  It's putting fear in us.  Babaji said the soul was over joy from hearing SAT and being in Sangat it was dancing.

 

 

Babaji, this fool does not deserve any of this.  This is all by your GRACE, Your GUR Prasad, Your Blessing, Your Love.

We have gurparshad naam, we have to stop doing sins and keep doing sat deeds 24/7 with any self-glory or self-respect.

By asking we won't get anything, without asking we will get all.  we have to make our mind dirt and put under the sat charns of all if we want to become nothing.  This fool can say day and night I AM NOTHING I AM NOTHIG, but when any one slander or say something then this fool start judging that fellow, it means still I AM SOMETHING means still EGO IS THERE means still have to work hard under the grace of satgurus pita ji 

Any pain comes in life, pain is just like WAVE, but coming from where, we have to find the root cause of that pain and work on that root under the grace of satgurus pita ji

Any happiness comes in life is also like WAVE, happiness also will take us AWAY FROM TRUTH.  We have to find the root cause of this happiness and we have to work on that happiness why I am going away from Truth.  Until these WAVE will keep poping up will keep us in DOUBTS(duality). Until we have duality we are in the cycle of death and birth. a week to live - dream

satnaam ji, 

just before we woke up this morning, we had a dream ,  our kids and us were sitting on the sofa, kids watching tv, then some dark (no brightness from doing naam) man came into the room towards us,  and dassan dass ji appeared behind him and told him "you have one week to live",   he got scared inside,  we said to him, "who knows if you do simran with so much love rather than fear, this week, prabraham ji may change your future",  the dark man turned around and walked out to do 100% simran.  We said to the kids who were watching tv happily, see if you dont do simran, then fear of death will make you do it.

Only ego wants experiences. Look inside,  if we are looking for experiences then that is ego talking and is only going to take us into maya. 

Baba ji told us from day one that our only job was to beat our five thieves in our karmic circle (people around us),  and why do we need to go to other realms to see God when God is right here right now in everything.  And that the one who learns to serve the God in others right here right now has beaten ego which is only selfish. 

These words of baba ji have stayed with us all these years.

This fool met dhan dhan satguru babaji in 1999 and then sangats starts in houses.  This fool had knee injury that time. Many many peopel start getting experiences, everyone close eyes and do simran but this fool was sitting front of satnaam satguru babaji and keep watching his face.  Never thought about any experience or smadhi or anything.  This fool just thought only Babaji is Satnaam and did not close eyes.  This fool thought when satnaam ji sitting front of me then why close my eyes.  and today is 2014.  Only satnaam satguru babaji said just look down (stay humble) and keep walking.  

Someone want to become some thing, some one wants to see something.  

This fool just ask satnaam satguru babaji one thing just keep this fool under your sat charns and when time to leave this body this fool head stay on your sat charns and this fool die.  

Never wrote anything on any site anything no own story nothing. Sat veer prabhjot ji requested to us please put our story on the website that way other people can inspire.  We told him that very moment all is good but his humble request this fool put story on the website.  Never wrote anything to teach someone.  Satnaam satguru pita dassandass ji said just keep writing whatever comes in your mind, so does this fool started to write small notes on the facebook and yahoo. 

 It all was satnaam satgurus pita ji blessing and grace.  Today still this fool never think about any experience.  How satgurus pita ji give this fool vision this fool just stay satnaam ji all is your grace.  This fool just only need charn dhoor of all sat charns nothing else.  When we look for experience and then we want to believe then we don't have any trust in our satgurus.  How we can earn sat bachans of satgurus ji.  Test can come anytime.

Satnaam s ji,  you asked how do we know if we are doing simran from mind or hirdha and pritam anand ji replied we can't do bhagti.   Meaning it's not in our control.  But what we can do is humble ardas and benti before doing simran,  sachay patshah  I don't know anything about heart or mind,  please you come and do your own simran,  please you come and type,  please you come into our hirdha and make us into your fingers in this world to serve others.

When we start talking to sachay patshah inside us like that before doing all tasks and activities all day long we start having a loving inner relationship with satnaam satguru ji inside us.

And anything we are lacking in,  we turn it into humble ardas,  rather than getting filled with fear of not obeying / understanding as you have mentioned a few times if we understood you correctly.

Learning how to do gareebee ardas and how to stay as a humble beggar full of love for satguru ji lotus feet is key to overcoming ego.  It's only ego logic that makes us feel fear or confusion or frustration or desperation and all of that takes us away from love of the lotus feet.

So satguru ji is saying we have to make the effort but to know that only the Lord himself is getting it done (so ego doesn't start thinking it is doing it and getting proud) and the Lord himself is then seen in the sangat of the sants. The Lord himself dyes us again and again drenching us in the colour of his love.  Hearing the name of my beloved the desire to see him Wells up inside me,  or lord shower your mercy upon this insect this is my hope.

See how much lowliest and humble sweetness there is in this gurbani ardas.  That's how we need to pray and talk to sachay patshah inside us all day long.

Gurbani teaches us how to talk to God inside us, from our heart with love and humbleness of a poor homeless beggar beaten by the world only,  gurbani says that only humble ardas works with the Lord, not demanding or ordering him or by complaining.

So if we want to do simran from hirdha do humbkenardas first for the Lord to come and do it and use us in this seva.

Satnaam ji, after doing simran last night we saw that we were in sangat, it was all white,. White sheets were laid on the floor where people sat and dassandass baba ji was sat on the sofa.. This guy with a turban on his head came and sat next to him. Baba ji put his hand on this guys head and this guy became so energised that he started dancing and singing gods praises. The only thing we remember is him singing, 'oh bless us father oh bless us father' with a big smile one his face and dancing around. 

We close our eyes, and when we open them, we were sat in what we think at the time is our home. The only people we see is dassandass baba ji sitting on the sofa, gurpreeto ji sat on the floor and one other person sat far away. We were telling gurpreeto ji about what we saw previously with the guy dancing.. Then we looked at the window and it was sunny as ever.. We turn around towards dassandass baba ji and said all we want to do is sit by you, so we sat the floor holding his leg. 

Then pita ji put his hand on our head and we feel as if something is entering our body, we felt calm like we were experiencing ecstacy.. We had our hand on the bottom of his feet and we felt so much energy coming from the soles of his feet into our hands and body.. After that He kept his hand on our head and was telling us, do as much sewa as you can, even if you cant understand them, just do their sewa. He explained it with so much love and we were just sat there taking it all in and thinking how lucky we are to finally be sitting and hold his charans. Then our eyes opened early morning, we realised we had been out for about 6-7 hours.. All by your grace ji hazare dandauth bandhna

Illusions of the mind take us away from Sat charan

Thankyou pritam anand ji for Sat gian you gave today.  Really helped us.  We do simran for Sat charan only,  no wants or expectations ,  and satguru gives gifts as they know is best for us.   We do seva in the same way,  just give love and care about helping others with whatever we have and again no expectations and just to get dust of their Sat charan.   In this way ego shuts up and mind cools down.   But if we are feeling down or drained or frustrated or angry then dassan dass ji said it means we are in some kind of illusion.  So we must look inside and ask what false thoughts,  Munmat,  is our mind believing right now.  And our ego has been saying things like,  'o you do simran at amrit Vela everyday but get nowhere'  or 'you help others and how did it help you? '  or 'just focus on yourself and your family you can't help anyone as you haven't even got anywhere yourself'

So that is all ego talking inside,  we believe then feel angry at ourself and grumpy towards others.

These are maya statements in our mind and we must not believe them.  We have to tell maya we don't need experiences or rewards from sangat or satguru,  we just need Sat charan of satguru and Sat sangat.

Please forgive us all our ego thoughts that always lead us into maya and hell attributes like anger and frustration and self loathing.

Great Typing app for android (maybe iphones) phones

(sangat ji we just installed an app called SwiftKey,  it's just become free.  It's very good at remembering words you use a lot.  Especially the Punjabi words we use.  )

Because it has seen we type satnaam alot or sat alot,  it gives the word as an option for the next word.  We can type /select satnaam as fast as we say it now and no mistakes.

We do one word at a time so we say it in our mind as dassan dass ji said.  Copy and paste a whole chunk is no good.  But saying with each word is good.

Greenery is the colour of life. Green grass, green leaves, green is life is fertile is alive. And we become green and fertile whrn satguru places his feet in out desert mind.

We cant see life in the seed. We cant see life flowing in the plants or species, but we know it is the unseen power, that is sat kartar, our life force support, our praan adharaa, whom we do dandauth to again and again

 Akhaan band kar ke meditation karni bahut jaroori hai Div drisht lai (closing your eyes do to simran is essential in order to get the inner vision)

Fighting At The Golden Temple - who runs it - sants or sinners? Why do you still go there and give money?

satnaam ji, we were talking the other day about how golden temple was run by corrupt priests by the time of ninth guru as they didnt let him in until sangat bibi ji's let him in.  And then tenth king of kings didnt even go there.  And Gurpreet ji said he had inner voice saying he doesnt need to go there and even though he went there he was shown the real golden temple is inside him.   Well, look what has happened their today....sikhs sword fighting with each other on worldwisde tv.

God bless them with sat budhi.  Apprantly the two groups were fighting because they both wnated to speak first.   Sant Attar Singh ji said once, that the ones who want to speak at the stage should remain seated, and the ones who are sitting quitely doing simran, should be requested to speak.....PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!   As baba ji maharaj ji says, live for others, put others first, uplift the other and become lower yourself..that is the game of the heart, of the bhgats.   Fighting to go first, me first attitude, is ego and pride the two horns of the devil inside the human beast.  So look for yourself who is running Gold Temple right now ...the humble bhagats or still the human beast, the devil in disguise of religious people.
