Illusions of the mind take us away from Sat charan

Thankyou pritam anand ji for Sat gian you gave today.  Really helped us.  We do simran for Sat charan only,  no wants or expectations ,  and satguru gives gifts as they know is best for us.   We do seva in the same way,  just give love and care about helping others with whatever we have and again no expectations and just to get dust of their Sat charan.   In this way ego shuts up and mind cools down.   But if we are feeling down or drained or frustrated or angry then dassan dass ji said it means we are in some kind of illusion.  So we must look inside and ask what false thoughts,  Munmat,  is our mind believing right now.  And our ego has been saying things like,  'o you do simran at amrit Vela everyday but get nowhere'  or 'you help others and how did it help you? '  or 'just focus on yourself and your family you can't help anyone as you haven't even got anywhere yourself'

So that is all ego talking inside,  we believe then feel angry at ourself and grumpy towards others.

These are maya statements in our mind and we must not believe them.  We have to tell maya we don't need experiences or rewards from sangat or satguru,  we just need Sat charan of satguru and Sat sangat.

Please forgive us all our ego thoughts that always lead us into maya and hell attributes like anger and frustration and self loathing.
