Baba ji maharaj :

The first thing I want you to say every morning when you get up is

Ma hau nahee (I (ego) do not exist. )
Ma kuch nahee (I (ego)  am nothing.)
Dataa ma kuch bee na hagaa. (O Giver I am absolutely nothing.)

You are the only One.
You are the only One Father in heaven,
You are the only One God in heaven,
You are the only One Truth in me,
You are the only One in my soul.

Soul is God. How can I say it's mine when I don't know it. My mind is in illusion.

Let us recite the most pure and pious name of God,  and also become pure,  satnaam satnaam satnaam satnaam. We are gathered together to sing the glory of the holiest of the holiest Father, called the satguru.

There's nothing of me Lord,
There's everything of you.

I surrender to You
for I am nothing

I am illusion,
A liar,
A cheat,
And a thug.

I am the abuser,
Please forgive me.

When I recite your name,
I invite you into my mind,
I invite you into my life,
I invite you into my body,
I invite you into my tongue,
I invite you into my eyes,
I invite you into my ears,
I invite you into my actions,
I invite you into my faith,
I invite you into my beliefs,
I invite you in forever
For you are the only One who is Peace.

Without your blessings we cannot recite your name.

You have blessed us to recite your name in the dark age (kal yug).

Feel it
Sense it
And become it.

Lord I only belong to You.
Please come into my life.
Be the peace in my mind.
Be the love in my heart.
Be the compassion in my body.

Bless me that I may sing Your glory
