Dealing with exam stress

We can kind of relate to you dhan sonia ji, back in february we had the core exams for our law course, and we were very worried. We kept thinking that if we fail them then we wont be able pass the course, letting everyone and everything down. We cant possibly be ready for these exams. On few occasions we would have anxiety attacks during lectures where we felt that our body was on flames and our chest would hurt. And our whole body would just go against us due to the stress. Doctors even said go to the psychologist. Dassandass ji said that we dont need that, just simran and surrender. So in february when the exams came, we did ardas to paarbrahm ji with his grace in the exam hall before each exam; 'this mind and eyes are yours. Make us see and understand what you want us to see and understand. You are the inspiration, you are the knowledge, we are just the pen. Make us write was you want us to write. We surrender to your satcharans' then we focused on baba jis charans and did simran before each exam. People around would look at us like what the hell is he doing haha. But it detached us from the fear.

You are capable of doing anything and everything. But when it comes to the time to test your capability, it feels like a leap, so this mind always thinks abouts the consequences tomorrow. while the heart says just do it, whatever happens tomorrow is a mystery.
