Plant positive and divine thoughts

Satnaam satnaam satnaam ji,

when we are down it is ego telling us we are useless,  a failure,  unloved alone,  no one to help us, not even God.  And as we start believing those negative thoughts from the destructive (shiva/tamo) side of the mind then we are sowing bad seeds into the universe (mansarovar)  and bad gets multiplied and comes back to us in the next moment as more negativity.   So then we start feeling even worse,  like we are sinking,  worries and fears come in,  we even try and be positive but the sinking feeling doesn't go,  we talk to others or do something and get some temporary relief,  but when we are quiet the dark cloud is still there,  we start panicking,  we get jealous of others and think they are successful in the world and we are not,  that we wasted our life.  We feel frustrated we can't do what we want and don't want to do what we need to.  Then ego even says what's the point of living?  Die and start again.    But even then in our darkest moments if we call upon Sat Parbraham the hot winds cannot burn us any longer.  Chit aavay os Parbraham lagay na thathee vao.     When we understand planting negative thoughts is only giving us hell mind in return,  we have to choose postive, kind, humble, good and divine thoughts.    So we pray,  "sat Parbraham pita parmesar ji, please help me to plant good thoughts,  gurus wisdom, Naam, seva and bandagi,  satnaam satnaam satnaam"    and we keep doing this prayer everytime the negative thoughts come.  We start detaching from the negative thoughts,  we see them but we don't believe them any more.  They are not the real me.  They are the ego me.  Not the highest part of me,  my soul.   They take a few days to stop.   As we now know how powerful repeated thoughts get, wether negative or positive,  mansarovar just multiplies them and sends them back for us to reap as our state of mind.    So then we put all our focus into repeating not negative or even positive thoughts,  but the highest divine Naam of Truth, ik onkar sat Naam,  sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat.  Baba ji maharaj said to us many months ago,  "BELIEVE".    we did not understand then,  but now we do.     We must stop believing what are negative mind is telling us we are,  and believe what maharaj and gurbani is telling us we really are - divine soul,  God himself and not this suicidal ego destructive self.   Then we sit in Sangat of holy people and sing gurbani and layers of darkness are washed away,  we feel love again,  we feel alive again,  the dark cloud has gone,  the sinking feeling and the panicking fearful ego giving worries and anxieties have gone.  The cravings for comforts and goods have gone,  the mind is humble and in peace again.    Only Sat Parbraham can hear his servants prayer and clean the mess we have made in our mind.  Without god,  what do the majority of people do when their destructive mind takes over?   They go for temporary relief of  comforts of food,  tv, Internet,  alcohol,  drugs,  sex,  clubbing and pubbing.   But then attract negative entities like ghosts and demons and more darkness.  Or if they are wise,  they go to yoga,  meditation,  hypnotherapy, counselling and so on.  But it still is only temporary relief said baba ji,  as only God himself can overrule his law of karma which says we reap what we sow.   So until we pray to God-guru and sow satnaam and leave our pains at his feet and sing his praises,  the dark cloud of maya hangs above our head.  

JUST BELIEVE 

I am in the house of Sat Parbraham 

I am the dog at HIS door

I am the beggar on HIS floor

I am taken care of by HIM

I am  not alone

I am Truth, Love and joy

I know who I am

I am what I think I am

I am that which never dies. 

I am creating my own reality

I am  sowing seeds of TRUTH

I am doing deeds of TRUTH

I am lacking in nothing

I am blessed to do anything. 

I am in the house of Sat Parbraham 

I am blessed beyond belief

I am here to serve one and all

I am kindness,  love and compassion

I am  fearless,  full of love

I am thankful for this life

I am blessed to serve my wife and kids

I am blessed to serve with my work

I am blessed with money and success

I am living in the field of love

I am sowing seeds of Sat 

I am reaping what I sow

I am SAT SAT SAT

I am  OK,  everything is OK. 

I am that which is known as TRUTH

I am healthy, happy, holy

I am a kind and happy father

I am a loving and caring husband 

I am the lowest serving everyone

I am nothing,  no thing,  no one

I am not worried about tomorrow

I am not living in fear and sorrow

I am living in HIS field of love

I am remembering who I really am

I am the soul, not mind and body

I am here for my highest purpose

I am here to help others

I am here to evolve into my highest self

I am not here for anything else

I am here to remember SAT

I am SAT SAT SAT. 

I am not less than anyone else 

I am God just as you are god

I am believing this with all my heart

I know deep down this is the TRUTH

I am here to bless one and all

I am here to answer my inner call

I am living my highest truth

I know who I am
