We have to be naked on this path, only ego thrives under the cover of darkness. We have to release all our inner fears, worries, manmat, past hurts, and that's why we talk it out, or confess it, no one judges in this Sangat, we all help each other to heal. Hiding things inside, looking good on the outside is called pakhand... Opposite of Sach khand.
Baba ji says don't blow our chance in time and space and this place.
Don't let mind overrule heart.

Whatever we think about all day is what we have sold ourself too. Whatever we hold most dear is what we are a slave of and will be our biggest test when we lose it.
Mun bechay satgur kay paas, this sevak kay karaj raas.
Sell your mind, body, wealth to the guru for the Naam, then never look back, don't let anything else be more important than that.
Then no tests are difficult. Nothing is mine, everything is yours.
