Today we have technology. We buy new computer or say new phone and start downloading programs and apps and our computer or phone sometime freeze or get virus and get slow down we run software to clean virus or remove some apps to free some memory if still won't work we go to default settings and we delete all the programs and start fresh start again. We have to go back to become like innocent child. We are also fully loaded with virsus and our memory is full. We have to let go things we are holding. We have to become like new born baby under sat Gurparshad.

We are worried for no reason have fear of losing something/someone.

It is a humble prayer before Sat Sangat that in order to learn the magnificence of Gurprasad in detail they should once again go through the Gurprasadi Katha (the discourse graced by God and Guru) of contemplation upon the magnificence of Mool Mantar. As evidenced above, Bandagi can only be achieved by Gurprasad. Therefore the blessed Satguru incarnate Nanak Patshah Ji states that even if a human being turns one's tongue into a hundred thousand tongues, and then turns these hundred thousand tongues into two million tongues, and with each of these two million tongues recites a hundred thousand times the name of Sat Par Brahm Pita Parmeshwar, even then one cannot bring down the wall of Kur within oneself. It means that if a human being presumes that by one's endeavours, by persisting with Naam Simran and by Nitnem (ritual recitals and prayers) one can find Sat Par Brahm Pita Parmeshwar, then it is mere arrogance on one's part. Slaving under Maya, if a human being considers oneself capable to vanquish one's ego by persevering with Simran, then one is merely under a delusion. For sure, abiding in Simran is a Sat Karam; abiding in Simran is an extremely delightful and a great act of religiosity; but if a human being abiding in Simran thinks that by so doing one will achieve Darshan (vision with the inner, spiritual eye) of Sat Par Brahm Pita Parmeshwar then it is merely a delusion and nothing more. Therefore there would be many respected men and women who put a lot of effort in Simran, but do not make any gains. Because achieving Bandagi is a Gurprasadi Khel; and without acquiring Gurprasad one cannot move ahead in one's Bandagi. But this does not mean that those men and women who abide in Simran should quit. Instead they should step up their efforts in Simran and make repeated Ardas (humble prayer) to receive Gurprasad. They should make Ardas that Sat Par Brahm Pita Parmeshwar bless them with the strength to be worthy of dedicating their entire selves before Satguru. They should dedicate every effort that they put in Simran at the feet of Satguru, and declare that they are not capable of anything and dedicate all the efforts put in Simran at the feet of Satguru. Simran is the praise of Satguru. Simran is the praise of Sat Par Brahm Pita Parmeshwar. Therfore one should dedicate the praise of Satguru at the feet of Satguru. As Simran is the praise of Sat Par Brahm Pita Parmeshwar, therefore one should dedicate the praise to Sat Par Brahm Pita Parmeshwar at the feet of Sat Par Brahm Pita Parmeshwar.

In life our mind is always comparing to others. Baba ji said when we compare to others it's all maya. Mind is trying to copy others rather than listening to the inner heart, our intuition , the God inside us. Listen to that and act on Truth. That is following our personal hukam.

When we compare ourself to others then the mind either thinks it's better or worse. Which then leads to all kinds of other false feelings: Jealousy or insecurity or self hatred or excessive pride and so on. Even slandering others is to put others down in order to make ego feel it is better than the other.

Ego is always playing us like that if we let it. Better than that is not to compare our self with others. Only compare ourself today with ourself yesterday. Am I better than I was yesterday? Or a month ago? Or a year ago? As long as we are self improving we are winning. Everyone has their own karma to reap. It is pointless to compare ourself to others. Even two siblings in the same house, same upbringing will turn out differently. One maybe an A* student and the other may feel dumb and get disheartened and give up. Better to think good of their sibling and work on ourself. Am I better than yesterday?

Same in bandagi. Don't compare ourself to others having great experiences etc. Just look at am I doing more simran than a year ago? Am I more calm? Are my five demons bothering me less? Am I more honest and caring?

The biggest sickness in society and media nowadays seems to be how everyone is comparing their looks to the fake photos in the media of celebrities. Then people are self loathing of their own body. Ask anyone if they are happy with their body and no one is. Everyone is criticising some part of their body. That also comes under slander. Yogi Bhagan used to say wake up and bless each part of your body and thank it.

Same for our family. Instead of comparing our children to other children and then just criticising them compared to others. Bless them for whatever they are. Thank them for being in our life.

Change our attitude, change our world.

Until we won't understand the message of Sat Gurbani Our minds will Never believe in SATNAAM. Sat Baba Ji says Gurbani is "MAN SODHAN KI BANI"

Until we won't believe our faith will be not stable. Until we won't believe our faith will be not stable. We want to live in Dream world not in Reality. Only living in Reality will bring change in us.

Until we won't put Sat first priority in our lives we can't live in reality.

Comparison only create hell in our minds. FOR EXAMPLE married couples not happy because Husband live with wife but think about any actress or other woman same for wife think about other handsome man or say actor. Husband and wife living under one roof still far from each other by comparison by day dreaming and we call we are husband and wife. Until we compare we can not love each other. One side we say we deserve nothing capable to do nothing. By comparing we downplaying Satnaam.

Whatever is written in our destiny we will get. Only in our useless thinking we are wasting our lives.

Dear Master Satnaam Babaji and Satnaam Dassan dass ji,

We went to Singh Sabha gurudwara at muscat oman a couple of weeks ago, after Akhand path got over 8-10 Sardarjis of the committee made a circle and brought all cash that offered by the devotees for counting. There were few children playing around, they were picking up the coins and putting them back again into the Money storage chest and were enjoying the game, while all the committee members who were counting notes, their faces reflected they were very serious and under stress (or pain).

Then things changed one of the committee members asked two playing girls (must be around 8-10 yrs age) to sit with them and start counting notes as against playing with the coins, things were different this time, the smile and enjoyment from the faces of the girls had disappeared and they were also serious and under stress (or pain) in executing the instructions.

Again things changed and now the girls left the job and again started playing with other kids of dropping coins into the money storage chest and happiness returned on their faces, while the group of Sardarjis who were still counting monies were stressed.

We were seeing all this and were smiling on the realization bestowed by Satnaam ji, we were aware theoretically however this was a practical workshop demonstrated to us by Satnaam ji

We were given following practical gyan or realization based on this incident:

1. When we go toward maya it inflicts pain and when we throw away or go beyond maya peace and happiness follows which is the manifestation of Satnaam ji.
2. Practical aspect of Dasvandh - When people adore maya they are in her grip or tight clutches and when one starts giving dasvandh to Satnaam Satguru the clutches of maya begin to loosen up and path to spiritual journey goes on fast track.

with sat paar brahm ji kirpa we wanted to share a glimpse of divine wisdom which was bestowed on this moorakh with aapji's blessings.

sat sangat at sundat nagri was fully drenched with aapji kirpa in amrit today.

keertan was done by various sangat members and the amrit was in abundance. aapji chattat was there and as the sangat kept saying sat paar brahm sarnayee we saw we all under this huge golden ever expanding chattar.

we were immersed in the amrit too and felt like just absorbing it and not contribute towards more singing of his glory. then aapji gave us gyan that uth te kara keertan ,rasna pavitar karo. we got up and started doing keertan. gyan came that when we sing it is not only we are singing for ourself and for the people who are sitting in the hall. every word every chant the music the notes the melody everything gets multifold and then resonates in the universe and vibrates.
while doing keertan we were shown that babaji mataji were sitting in the hall and overlooking all of us like our parents. at the same time we also saw we were in texas and doing.dandout to babaji and mataji and they were smiling and blessings us. dhan dhan mera satgur poora.

then we were shown that we were also doing the same keertan in the dargah. and babaji mataji were there too. babaji showed us at the same moment and the same time babaji mataji and we were in different dimensions..babaji was laughing and telling us that he is present in even more dimensions.

then he showed us the power of keertan. we saw that we are now doing the same keetan sitting on the lake.every note every sound every word was now getting immersed in every ripple every wave of the lake...we could see that satnaam getting merged and immersed in the water and it getting transported to where ever the water was flowing. then we did keertan for the fishes... babaji said this is the way to cool the earth.. naam simran is not alone for us but for the benefit of whole shristi. then we did keertan for the air the wind and we saw the keertan notes travelling where the wind was flowing. then keertan happened for the trees. the leaves every time would move with the wind would resonate the keertan more. the keertan was now travelling through water air land...

we did ardas sachchey patshah ji we are so full of sins and we sin every minute sade ton tere charan chut jane ne par tu sanu apni dori naal banke rakhi te apni taraf kichi rakhi.

we are capable.of nothing. not even to write this experience.
sachchey patshah ji aap hi sun na ,man na and bhane man na aap hi karana hai. we are capable of nothing.

It is not in our power to attain God. "Manukh kay kis nahee hath. Nothing is in man's hands."

All power is in God's hands. "jis hath jor kar vekhay soi. The one who has all the power in his hands watches all."

We are in God's hands, He is not in our hands. We cannot meet God through our efforts and demands.

Gurbani says God holds all the gifts in His hands and gives to those who He is pleased with.

"His power extends in all directions and He places His hand on our head. He looks at with grace and gives us spiritual gifts and takes away the pain of his servant.

Gurbani says only humble ardas is heard by The Master not our demands.

So we maybe getting frustrated that we are not with God even after making so many efforts. But frustration comes from anger which comes from ego not getting what it wants. When we are still doing simran full of ego, wants and anger then how can God come to us?

Better we become a humble beggar, give up our wants / demands, be happy how he keeps us, and become His servant in this world. Be thankful for all the gifts He is giving us at every moment - this breath, this glass of water, this morsel of food, this body that is still alive. Be thankful for what we have and don't even think of what we don't have. Serve God in all, Love all, pray for all, may the Guru's house reign supreme inside my heart , may my false house be destroyed.

Satnaam baba ji bless all. My wisdom is less you are supreme Lord. Meree mat thoree ram tu samrath vada.

Translation: I was doing simran at the Gurdwara; two men started gossiping nearby. They were disturbing me. Then I saw satnaam Guru Nanak King of Kings. He said, "tell me his can I pour Truth into them? They are not with me, they only come to talk with each other."

Bandagi is nothing but immense faith, love and belief in one's Gur (God) and Guru. One who has this Parteet (conviction) develop in one's Hirdha dedicates one's body, mind and wealth before Guru under its influence. One who has this Parteet develop in one's Hirdha dedicates one's entire self before Guru under its sway, obtains Gurprasad and achieves Param Padvi. This is the way and the whole secret of the Bandagi of great Sant beings. These are the signs of religiosity of the bandagi of great Sant beings.

"Our thoughts and deeds are of our own CHOOSING. Some go near to God others furthers away. The ones who did naam go with shining faces and many go along with them. " Baba Nanak ji.

Baba ji asked "what glory do you get by reading and telling the stories and verses of the gurus? You only get glory when you earn it for yourself. If you get a thought after reading or hearing the gyan that you should put it into practise, then make sure you do before you go to sleep. That way you will transform. "

Dassan Dass ji said that doing slander is the worst deed for your self. Doing slander of your guru is even worse than that. And Baba ji said actually thinking bad of anything, eg the weather, a food taste, your situation is all slandering. So don't say anything at all is bad.

Dassan Dass ji said that alot of the sangat doesn't read gurbani, doesn't have a connection with it. And that gurbani is the foundation of understanding spiritual laws. Without that understanding we will slander and do wrong deeds not realising the damage we are doing to ourself.

Dassan Dass ji: When we complain about our situation we increase our bad karma and things get worse. Just we accept where we are and then try our best to work our way through it. Doing satnaam and honest deeds.

Hum nahee chunga bura nahee koi. Pranvat nanak taray soi. I am not good no one is bad. Praying like this nanak was saved.

Sabh gobind ha sabh gobind ha. Gobind nahee koi. All is God All is God. Other than God there is nothing.

Only deeds are bad, not the person. Punish the crime not the criminal. Law of karma means we all reap what we sow. But God still loves us no matter what. He is after all our own soul.

There was a picture of sadhguru hugging a prisoner. The prisoner was an old weak man, the look of relief on his face that someone still loved him. So love can transform. If we hate the other person then only more hatred will come back to us.

Same with our kids and family. If we keep telling them they are bad. They are useless. Then we destroy them and they resent us. If we just explain what they did was bad, and what they have to do to make up for it. But still love them regardless. That is the way.

It maybe sometimes we get lost or take a seemingly wrong turn. We end up in places or with people that we had not planned to. Om Ji said that when we are doing satnaam then satnaam takes us to where satnaam is needed. There is no wrong turn. There is no being lost. There is no coincidence. It is exactly as is required by satnaam from us as His servants.

Sat Baba ji said that even nature in plants is calling the one who is doing satnaam to come and heal the place they are in. Then nature thanks us and gives us amrit. Every bit of the earth the one doing satnaam steps on gets some light to heal it. Every time we say Satnaam in thanks to nature then another hole of negativity on this planet gets filled with light.

Gurbani says that where the guru steps that land becomes green and fertile. That place becomes pure and the Sikhs of the Guru seek that place in order to apply the dust to their forehead. And that in turn they also become revered.

Sat Baba ji said when they went to Woodstock it was a depressed town. God made him go and clean up the bad spirits from all around and especially in the old graveyards. And over a few years it become a booming town.

Baba ji said that wherever they sit then it's not just the people in the sangat who are getting washed but for ten blocks around every single person, creature and plant is getting healed. People will say they feel calm and not know why.

In our own life when we stopped trying to tell everyone in our family about Satnaam and sangat, as they only got annoyed, we just focused on becoming satnaam. No point telling people about Truth, Love and Compassion just become Truthful, Loving and Compassionate in our actions. When we did that we calmed down and the whole family calmed down as well.

This person is not ordering us or telling us off or controlling us, this person has no bad feelings towards us even though we are bad to them. Dandaut at your feet Dhan Dhan Satguru Pita ji.. Today Amrit Vela was full of bliss with Sat grace.. We were shown a very big hall which was full of white dressed people.. Some members were entering in the hall like vip's.. When they were entering people there were calling Jaikara of bole so Nihal sat Sri akal.. One lady sit in the center of hall and started bachans about bandagi, Naam, sewa and sat Karams.. She pointed us and called us.. When we reach close to her she hugged us happily and said "You have pooran satguru.. You are blessed with naam.. Don't lose this opportunity and keep diving deep into the maansarowar.." we felt so much Amrit when she hugged us and Satnaam started itself in bliss.. After a long hug, she took a white book in which few starting pages were written and other were left empty.. She smiled and started adding more blank white pages in it.. We don't know what it meant.. But all grace.. She continued giving gyan "to take bandagi seriously.." she said "you have wasted much time in useless things and masti now don't waste your time and dedicate your self in the service of parbrahm ji and your satguru.." she added "only the time we have spent in bandagi will count else everything is waste.." she did so many other bachans but this fool didn't remember..
We also saw Jathedar of Akal Takht Sahib Gurbachan Singh Ji were stand outside of that hall with his head down.. Looking like he wanted to come inside but was not allowed so..

Baba ji asked us once, "if you see God on one side and a worm in human faeces on the other, who would you go and bow to first?" We replied, "God is in both." Baba ji said, "that is the knowledge, but what are your actions?" Then Baba ji said, "if you go to God (thinking he is greater and the worm is nothing/disgusting), then God will kick you away and say go and hug me in the worm." Then Baba ji added, "those who have turned away and slandered their Guru thinking I am bad and then gone to the scriptures thinking they are God, they are doing the same thing. Then they say they have lost nothing by turning away, they still experience amrit. But even amrit is experienced by the lesser gods, even in hell amrit(life force energy) feeds all creatures. It's what you are thinking and doing that is counted. And slandering your Guru seeing him as low and not seeing God in him anymore, then you haven't seen God in all and God won't hug you no matter however else you try to find him."

Yogi Bhajan ji said "if you can't see God in all, you can't see God at all."

Sabh gobind ha sabh gobind ha gobind bin nahee koee. All is God All is God, other than God there is nothing... Sant Kabir ji.

Last few days have been realising if God is in all, all around in nature, in the kids and family too, then put our hands in prayer position infront of our heart and be humble infront of God in all. Tongue tells the story of our state where we stand.

Satnaam ji gave us tongue to sing his glory and praise his creation. We can ask the speechless person what is the value of this tongue. Speechless person cannot express his/her feeling and tell others about his/her state within. We ignore this gift and through our speech we use harmful and hatred words towards others. If we cannot say nice words with this tongue then speechless person is better than us.

We talk much with this tongue all day long and appreciate Satnaam ji and his creation less.

We can talk nonsense things all day long, long long hours phone call but when time to come sing glory of satnaam ji and his creation then looks like our mother dead.

We waste our positive energy by talking for just Maya things. Better we communicate with others nicely and not harm others emotions and feelings. We don't have any right to use abusive words with others.

This tongue slip all the time and we blame our mind. We have full control on this tongue. Better we think first then say, where we don't sow more sins with this tongue and sow new karma.

Better we thankful to Satnaam ji for this great gift. Only human has this gift not animals. Animals are better than us because they don't use abusive words for others.

Satnaam ji beloved ones telling their stories through this tongue and slanderers are telling their stories.

Let's use this tongue in right manners and sing satnaam ji's and his creations glory day and night and make this life worthwhile, otherwise we are so selfish not appreciating satnaam ji's great gift.

Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam ji. Sat in Baba ji is the perfect guru. Sat in dassan dass ji was the perfect seeker. Like a match strikes the box and results in fire, so the servant had light appear.

Unless we are like that perfect match, desperate only for the light, all other matches won't ignite.

We have seen in the sangat over the years many seekers who have sat next to sat baba ji and sat dassan dass ji. And in those moments they experienced the love and humbleness of the Lord inside. But they all went back to maya comforts. Because they were in pain, prayed to God and met baba ji as per their good luck. Their pain went, their thirst went and they went back to looking for happiness in maya.

God is very kind, he gives us a glimpse of himself in naam when we pray with all our heart. He is the Giver, but then he also gives us the maya gifts. Faced with choosing the Giver or the Gifts, most people go after the gift and forget the Giver. So the perfect seeker like dassan dass ji is rarer than the rarest diamond. Dhan Dhan dassan dass ji teree vadee kamaaee. Bless us with even an iota of your thirst.

We made the same mistakes. But have learned our lesson. The mistake we make is that ego thinks I have to get what I want to be happy... Wether it's a partner, a child, a job, or any deep seated desire. We then choose maya and simran and surrender goes down. Baba ji explained to us, "if you didn't have the desire, don't you think I would have given it to you?"

So how dumb. We chase the gift, lose the giver and the gift only gives us a headache. Better we kept the desire out of our mind only desire to do surrender. And God Guru gives the gifts that we need. That is the trust and patience we need. Satnaam.

Visar nahee datar apanaa Naam deho. May I not forget the giver, pls give me your naam.

We used to feel God is very far from us. Even when saying satnaam satnaam satnaam we used to think we are just saying a word in order to see or experience something. And that would be seeing God. Then one day we realised that when we say Satnaam, it is actually God inside us saying 'hey I am here'. And dassan dass ji said that Sat (the word) is Sat (God) himself.

Today our old friend said she is athiest now (she did have Naam once) but she just believes in ' I am the Truth, the Truth is me.' We liked that but didn't know why. Then we realised and told her that is God speaking inside you. He is saying, 'I am the Truth, the Truth is me.' Or in one word... SATNAAM.

Baba ji said no matter who has had naam and then turned away (bemukh) , no matter how much they slander baba ji and go to other holy people or religious places. In the end, this lifetime or in many lifetimes they have to come back through the saint they slandered and ask for forgiveness.

It is a bit like the fisherman puts the bait /naam and the fish bites. Some fish get pulled onto the ship, others jump back in the terrible sea and swim away as fast as they can. But they don't see the fishing line is still attached. Once day when the fish gets exhausted, the fisherman will start to reel them back in. Baba ji is such a fisherman that he saves the good fish easily. But he also saves the slanderers too. That is the extreme compassion of Baba ji.

When we see all the 'satnaam satnaam satnaam' on kakao we should realise it is God saying to us 'I am here. It is me. I am the Truth. The Truth is me. I am with you.' And God is speaking through each heart. So what should we do? Bow to each sikh of the guru through whom God is speaking. This is why we think that dassan dass ji said that kakao is not just a chat group, each satnaam is registered in dargah. Each prayer goes to God. Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam ji. We just have to bring the love and devotion and humbleness here everyday.

We have read aapjis vachan on kakao regarding the Satnaam jaap as when we jap Satnaam it's sat in ourself. The God says, "I'm here in u and with u."

Today amritvela we experience the same as when we Satnaam jap n feeling that sat God is in our hirda and by feeling this our body started feeling very light our arms legs feels very light and seems we can float now. And for few mins we stop reciting Satnaam jaap from mind as well and we feel an echo of satnaaam Simran in our body we were silent fully but the SATNAAM was going on itself and we felt so soothing. But it remains for few mins.
Really sat veerji SATNAAM is in us and with us. We are fool who is looking for experiencing the God or vision outside.

SATNAAM means TRUTH IS GOD. Not Jesus is God or Guru Nanak is God etc.

Don't even slander an insect in the guru's house. In fact we should catch the mind when it is thinking bad and wash the feet. See God in all. Sabh gobind ha sabh gobind ha. Gobind bin nahee koee. When all is God then how can we slander anything and yet claim to be godly people? But people do bad deeds. So what they do is bad, but their soul is still part of God. So they say the crime is bad not the criminal. Punish the crime but love the criminal. Gurbani says If someone does bad to us do good to them, don't bring anger inside. Baba nanak ji said I am not good no one is bad, praying like this I was saved. Think about it, for us to call someone bad, means we have judged them. Ego is a judge. And whilst ego judges others it will also not like being judged by others. So when there is no judgement there is no ego. No judging means not seeing anyone as bad and hence no slandering can happen. Baba ji said the day we get Naam from that day on only see God in all. Then your bhagti goes up very fast. Satnaam satnaam satnaam satnaam satnaam.

Our job is to see God in all and do only good. And God's job is to make sure everyone's reaps what they sow. People doing bad will get bad back from their life experiences.

We pray with extreme humility to the Sangat to very carefully examine their daily lives and take the right decision whether they are making any attempts towards this eternal path. Naam Simran is the greatest service to the almighty and mandatory for achieving our spiritual mission and aims. If we are not spending time in Naam Simran, then we should immediately start doing so. If we are spending some time in it, we should augment our efforts and time. We should at least spend two and a half hour each morning in Naam Simran.

If we are not already doing so, we should pray to be able to strive to reach this state, and if we are already at this state then we should attempt to proceed further and devote more time. Question: Satnaam veer ji for us we feel saying "sabhe govind hai /All is God" is easy but is very hard to earn. We are maha moorakh/great fool.

This is maybe a test of our frustration and anger.

Always pray for them to be blessed with sat BUDHI ji (highest Truth wisdom).

They are not doing bandagi we are doing. (They don't have any reason to change but we do.)

Question: But we argued with them, which was not good on our part ji.
We made a mistake ji.

Preetam veer ji: If we become judge then satnaam ji won't help us. Everyone is writing their own good and bad karma.

In bandagi we have to focus on Sat Karams/Truth deeds.

Dassan dass pita ji says DON'T COLLECT POISON. Always keep this in mind and keep going ji. It is hard in this Maya world but we have to keep gurus words as highest:

Humbleness costs nothing. Being kind to others is free. Smiling and giving, giving, giving to all is the way to be happy.

Forget yourself and uplift everyone else. Take some discomfort in order to give comfort to the diseased, distressed and disabled. Where the lowly are looked after God's kindness rains down.

Give up some time from chasing worldly wealth to earn the profit of naam. Mind and senses are only looking to survive. But what good is a long life without Truth, Love and Compassion? May ego die and Truth live forever. A life of love, kindness, honesty, forgiveness and poverty of heart.

Expect nothing, grateful for everything. Never disappointed, only thankful that God in the other gave something to a fool like me. Nothing is mine, everything is Yours. Born naked, go naked. Easy come, easy go.

This human body is just a robe we wear for a while. The soul is just having a human experience. Pain and pleasure, ups and downs, trauma and treasures, sickness and health, poverty and wealth, family and lonliness, all just an experience, a roller coaster in the fun fair of life. Say Satnaam and enjoy your ride. Take everything in your stride. Say satnaam in your losses. Say Satnaam in your wins. In tears, satnaam. In fears, satnaam. In the end realise it's all satnaam. And always is and always was.

No one is staying here forever. Billions have gone and millions more are coming every day. We are nothing more than a spark in the dark. Do Satnaam and for a moment we will shine bright and then fall back into the great fire. Whatever we are stressed about its nothing. It won't last forever, be brave, have some courage to walk through your hardship, let it go to God. Give up your worries. Pray with all your heart. God pulls us out, be patient. Don't doubt. Baba ji said "waheguru means 'God is great' and satnaam means 'Truth is God'". Why is it important to emphasise that Truth is God? Because religious people don't connect Truth and God together. Every religion is more concerned with their version of God than the Truth. So baba ji said to us once that Truth is higher than God (as people interpret it). Eg people say Jesus is God, or Guru Nanak is God or Baba ji is God. And forget that actually Truth is God. And these divine souls only called themself as God's servant. Sat ram das. Servant of Truth God.

So baba ji has said that science is ahead of religion because it is searching honestly for the Truth. Whereas religion is keeping people stuck in the past, in ignorance and divisions.

But even science/logic/mind can only get someone to outside the realm of Truth. Because that is the realm of the heart. To enter Sach khand extreme love under gurus grace is required to go beyond logic.

Once a man died and reached heaven. There he saw many people were dancing and marching with one person sitting on horse in the center he asked somebody who is he? They said he is Jesus and those are his followers.

He moved ahead and saw more people coming dancing and a person sitting on throne he asked who is he? They said he is Mohammed and those are his followers.

He moved ahead and saw more people singing and dancing with their chief on a big chariot he asked who is he? They said he is Krishna and his followers.

Then he saw an old man on his horse going all alone he asked who is he? They said he is God. Nobody follows him.

Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam ji Dandauth bandhna ji. Sat Baba ji said that doing satnaam is easy, but doing what satguru says is the hard part. That when we sing a shabad or hear gurbani then the divine wisdom is floating around in the air but is only good if we grab it and put it into practise. Even take one line of divine wisdom and commit to earning it. For example when we say Satnaam during simran at night then God, Truth is sitting on our tongue. But then during the day if we lie then falsehood is sitting on our tongue. So if we say we will not lie anymore because that is satguru's wisdom for us then that is our commitment. So what happens next is our test. In a situation where lying is the easy way out we say no we have faith in satguru, please baba ji you come and sit on our tongue and speak as you want. Then we overcome our fear with faith. So we become free of fear. And more amrit. But if we lie and lie then we never overcome our fear and only darkness sits on our tongue. So that is how we earn gurus wisdom that is floating around the room when we are singing or doing prayers. That is called naam dee Kamaayeee. Earning the Naam. And that is what baba nanak is praised for... The sidhs speak the true words: O nanak great are your earnings. Dhan nanak teree vadee kamaaee. Dhan sat baba ji teree vadee kamaaee. Dhan dassan dass ji teree vadee kamaaee. And we also wil become dhan dhan.. Blessed blessed when we earn one line at a time of gurus wisdom over our lifetime. Why do we get angry? Because our ego got hurt; because someone didn't do something the way ego wanted. If we accept what is happening and then make efforts to improve our situation we won't lose our amrit to the anger demon.

Why did the ancient rishis curse people? Because they got angry at them? What got angry? Ego. So that sho s they hadn't conquered their ego. If we are doing all this sangat and seva and simran and having spiritual experiences or visions but we still get angry and think bad of others. Then we are no better than those ancient rishis. What have we actually learned from our satguru? Nothing. Not. One. Single. Thing. Why did baba nanak ji go further than the demigod and ancient saints? Because they conquered their ego with extreme acceptance of God's will. No anger. Only humbleness and love for all. Whenever we do more simran and seva and sangat, maya will come to test us. Ego will get hurt. How do we react? Stay humble like baba nanak ji and bless others? Or think we are someone and get offended and retaliate? Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam ji Dandauth bandhna ji

We have been angry about a lot of things in our life. It's not just a simple matter of trying to suppress our anger next time we get triggered and then feeling bad that we got angry again. Dassan dass ji taught us that we must pull out these weeds by the roots. We must look inside and pray to God to show us why we are angry. It's easy to blame others but they will reap what they have sown and we will reap what we have sown. If they did something bad to us then that was their bad deed. If we chose to react to it with anger that was our bad deed. And we will reap more disturbance of mind. Mind will keep replaying the situation to make us more and more angry. Dassan dass ji said ask to be shown all the times we have chosen anger and accept that was a bad choice. That forgiveness is the antidote. Forgive the one who we are angry with. And baba ji said when we forgive others God also forgives us for getting angry in the first place.

When we stop blaming others for our anger and look deep inside at why we are so unhappy then we can ask God to help fix us. To forgive us and to bless us.

In our life we have been angry with our parents, with our children, with our wife, with relatives and child abusing uncle, we have been angry at ourself, worst of all we have been angry with guru and god himself. Once anger takes over it has no limits to who and what it will blame.

It takes time to overcome anger. Baba ji told us we made these mental habits of reacting with anger since childhood so it's going to take a while, months or years to undo those habits.

We remember our wife or parents used to say or do things that made us really angry. Then we would feel bad because we are trying to be on a path to peace but losing it all everyday. So in our simran we used do as dassan dass ji said and accept all our misdeeds in anger as our own mistake. Then wash feet of wife and parents doing haumai nahee tuhitu until we didn't feel angry any more. Next time they would say or do something instead of automatically reacting with anger we noticed we are getting angry. So would say to them, "please stop as I am getting angry. If you don't stop I will leave the room." they didn't stop but before our anger blew up we left the room and went for a long walk to cool down doing simran and ardas.

Next time they would trigger us anger wouldn't even get provoked inside us. We stayed calm and actually were able to listen to their angry words to see if there was actually any truth in what they were saying. Sometimes there was. Eg Wife was angry because our financial situation wasn't good and I was ignoring it. So we solved that problem. Her anger went away. Other times their anger was just for evil reasons and because we are in peace we actually feel sorry for their soul that is a slave to their anger demon. So we pray for them. Dassan Dass ji told us to pray for them to have sat budhi,Truth wisdom, so they too can realise what they are saying and doing is not good.

So in our journey of dealing with anger we went from being unable to stop reacting angrily, to being able to walk out before getting angry, to staying calm to praying for the other...Compassion. Ego reacts with anger. Love reacts with Compassion. That is the transformation that happens when we earn the words of satguru ji.

Then when we calmed down they also calmed down. Then the kids also calmed down because parents weren't arguing and their angry mother wasn't hitting and shouting at them any more.

Has taken many years. Now and again we get caught out again. But God is kind we apologise right away, wash their feet, bless them forgive them. Back to peace.

Then we also saw that once anger is not our master, God sometimes makes us angry when Truth is not being done. So our dad said wrong things, we got angry. Felt bad, told baba ji and all they said was, "did you tell him the Truth?" we replied that we did and baba ji was fine with it. Because sometimes baba ji said that the hard heads need a baseball bat of Truth to knock some sense into them.

Another time our wife was always stopping us going to sangat and got so angry with us. We got fed up and just shouted at her, "we can leave you but not baba ji!' Then she went quiet. We went to sangat and felt very bad again thinking we have lost to the anger demon. But in the sangat we were awarded with a golden sari in dargah.. Accepted as a bride of Truth. We got confused. But realised we stood up for Truth at the risk of losing family attachments. God was showing us we did the right thing.

There is nothing achieved in being stubborn. Nothing gained in turning your back on the light. No satisfaction in chasing shadows into the darkness. No where to go but back to Truth. O crooked mind when are you going to straighten out? Stop running start praying, praising and doing satnaam.

Satnaam ji, dandout bandhna ji. We want to share one of our experiences. One day we were listening to Sant baba Virsa Singh ji's sangat audio. He told that God is our best care taker and so close than parents. He shared his experience that if you took one breath abnormally by mistake, he will ask you, are you alright my child?
Similar experience that happened with us is, our family doctor advised us to eat one apple per day due to some physical deficiencies. But before doctor's advice, god asked us to eat three apples per day. We don't like to eat apples but we started eating two apples per day. After a few days we forgot eating apples and skipped many days then God spoke again, why don't you eat three apples per day, don't you know you have iron deficiency. See that's how God love and care all of us. Satnaam

Sat Baba ji said we all have to praise satnaam. So sing even if it is out of tune. Sing and praise satnaam.

Sat Baba ji said to us in the last sangat, "we gave you all the divine wisdom and what an inheritance! But yet you go back to your dad who hasn't given you a penny."

In Gurbani it says something like the divine wisdom is the wealth of our ancestors.

It also says that each shabad is a jewel encased in diamonds.

We think Sat Dassan Dass ji said that in a vision they saw Guru Granth Ji open with blank pages and jewels floating above, then all the jewels went onto the pages.

Every sentence our sat baba ji and dassan dass ji utter along with other sants and gurbani are priceless gems. That have been mined in the dark mind after hard spiritual labour.

Just think how Gurpreet Pabla ji shares one divi e inner wisdom they get after a week or so. They are earning it. Sat baba ji and gurbani is giving us a treasure chest of diamonds from their earnings.

Will we be good sons and daughters and treasure the wealth by keeping ti close to our heart and earning it? Or will we squander it by sitting on it but not doing it as the preacher class have done in the temples?

Baba ji said that until we turn our face away from maya we won't go to God. And if we keep seeing worldly riches and wealth as what we value, then we don't realise the true value of the wealth baba ji has dropped in our laps. And the priceless diamond of sat they have placed in our divine heart.

Baba ji said that the ones God wants to push away (as per their bad deeds) he gives them maya (including perhaps lots of worldly wealth), but the ones he loves he gives them satnaam."

We have inherited the real wealth of divine wisdom and diamond satnaam from our guru father. To then still run after world wealth or think we are poor compared to others - O what a foolish mind we have. Fooled by maya.

Managed to stay peaceful for about a month after Canada sangat. Surrendering trying our best to do amritvela and simran and seva all day. But then ego part of us got fed up of constant demands of kids and also tired, 'I have had a enough!' ended up shouting a lot last two Saturdays. But Sunday sangats we confess and regret. And say to satnaam satguru ji that we are not capable of doing this seva of kids and family life and work and bandagi. Ego doesn't want to completely die and be a servant forever, fights back, shouts back. Felt bad we cannot seem to get out of this. Seva karat hoi nikaamee, tis Sevak hot PRAPAT swamee. God is kind though. After simran in our dream. We were at a Sikh festival. There were 5 tall and broad old Sikhs with white dress and white beards standing around us. They were radiant, and the head one looked like sant isher singh ji. They were smiling and saying to this fool, 'why do you need a living guru?' with aapji kirpa we would.like to share what aapji showed this moorakh on sunday sangat.

with babaji kirpa the amrit level was very high. while keertan was happening we.saw babaji dancing and the whole dargah was dancing. with aapji kirpa this moorakh was also dancing in sat paar brahmji court.
while dancing we fell on paar brahm ji feet. there was no desire to lift our head up.
we saw ourself lying for longest time just on his feet. we saw ourself like a black spec in the purest golden dust of his feet. such is his purity that we cannot describe.
we also saw all the shoes of the sangat piling on our head one over another like a huge tower. this is how much humbleness one should have on this path.

we also saw people who have aversion for us or people who we have negative feelings for we were washing their feet and kissing them as we kept doing it we kept getting purer and lighter and kept forgiving and blessings them.
paar brahm ji again showed us how we need to earn humility.

pitaji isha came and sat in our lap her body was all golden. she was in so much peace. we saw ourself under a huge golden umbrella (chattar). we were like a dot under it. the chattar was so huge and expanded to such high levels.

pitaji we are so full of kaam krodh lobh moh ahankar. aapji keep showing us how u love us so much but we are not doing our.part of kicking our ego pride.

1. Our biggest crime is that we ourself don't do truth but we tell others to do truth. It is like preaching. Such a big bloody shit we are.

We teach our Mother, brother sometimes fight and argue with them. We teach our friends, family and relatives.

All wrong because we haven't done any truth ourselves.

We try to bring others to sangat. We persuade specially our friends to sangat. To this path.

Now under Sat Gurparsaad we realise that during these years till now we have only focused on others. Which is totally opposite of Bandagi. Which is our Ego and Pride.

2. Yesterday guests came at our house and we did kirtan with Sat grace...we did naam simran but after that we started to tell others to do naam simran with us. We started to tell others about naam simran due to which we got very late to sleep for our own Amritvela.

3. Few months ago after Sangat we thought to share what we learned in Sangat with our friend which is good but then his friends came but we didn't stopped...they didn't understand...they questioned...we started to preach them in Ego and Pride then all went wrong.

From the time we met our Satguru till now we have been very bad in Naam Simran not dedicated and commited till now still we teach others persuade them to truth in Ego and Pride. Very foolish being. The Worst member of Satnaam parivaar.

Know nothing of truth. Wasting this priceless oppurtunity.

4. We remember our one more big crime that we talk and laugh too much in Satnaam Sangat and concentrate less on simran.

Fallen down under the holy feet of dhan dhan Satguru ji Maharaj and Sat Sangat ji Maharaj we seek forgiveness for our crimes specially this one. Please forgive us.

Now please bless us with Sat Budhi to stop doing this crime anymore and commit and dedicate ourself to Naam Simran.
