Dhan dhan satnaam baba ji satnaam dassan dass ji.  Do you know what a great blessing it is to have a guru is in your life? Someone who has completed the inner journey to the light and comes back to sit in the darkness to pull others out?  Such a guru, if you are lucky to find one, is a massive, massive, massive shortcut to God.    We have been watching the original sangat videos of satnaam baba ji in 2002 and we remember what we were like as a disillusioned religious person watching it.  Full of hope that could baba ji be truely enlightened but full of doubts.    And looking back it seems to be obvious now that baba ji was always true, light years ahead of us in their divine wisdom.    But we couldn't understand at that time.  They even said in the recording that without grace you won't be able to understand.     But even now we see how much we have moved forward in the last 14 years, and it has been slow progress crawling out of the quicksand.  But without them we would have drowned and been bitter like a lot of the past Sangat and our past religious friends are now.    Having a poora satguru is a massive, massive, massive shortcut in our journey out of darkness.  But only if we really believe they are poora, complete, and do what they guide us to do.   Most of the sangat in those all videos are no longer around.  They were spiritually higher than this fool and saw amazing visions of even God himself.  But they all lost faith in their guru being poora when their tests came.   Baba ji said in those videos that be ready because God can throw any kind of test at you.  Even you may have to eat the dead body like the second guru or sit on the hot play like the fifth guru.   However none of the sangat had tests that hard, but failed at much lesser sacrifices, mainly because they couldn't give up what society would think of them if they knew baba ji was their guru.    Dandauth bandhna.

On the way home to Truth, our wants are what make us stray off the straight and narrow path.    The path that is "finer than a hair and sharper than a sword" says gurbani. 

Even after getting the greatest gift of gurparsaadi (eternally blessed) satnaam the mind convinces us that "I"  need to chase after what "I"  want.    In the chase the mind gets burnt by the fire of desire.  Baba ji said that "all that is gained in Maya is all that is lost of Satnaam and  "those that God wants to push away as per their deeds, he gives them maya, but those that he loves he gives them himself, Gurparsaadi naam, satnaam."  

If we do our satnaam simran as instructed and without fail then God takes care of all that we need to live.   But the mind gets impatient and starts the chase.    Guru ji tells us so but the mind doesn't listen, thinks it knows better.       We get burned,  but maybe if we are lucky we don't blame God and guru for our failures and we come back. 

Baba ji said to this fool after we got burned chasing after doing business when they had said to just do our technical job, "didn't you think that I could have given it to you and much better than you could have dreamt of?"

It was an eye opener for us. And we remembered baba ji had warned us many years before that God gives people what they want but not necessarily when they want it.  "Jo mangay takur soee soee devay."  So they get impatient and lose faith and chase maya and lose God.   

We thought they were talking about other people but that applied to us when our test came.   Everything is in Satnaam baba ji/dassan dass ji's hands.  They are God's distributors of spiritual and worldly treasures.   We only need to keep our eyes on the straight and narrow tight rope we are on, and trust they give us everything we need at the right time.  

An ignorant kid wants to run before he can walk.  Guru has walked this path and knows how to make sure we become the best runner by taking us through all the stages first from crawling to standing to stumbling to walking to running. 

We are only foolish if we take on a guru and then don't listen to them.  Like the student who enrols but doesn't listen to the teacher.  Or the athlete that hires a coach but still does his own thing. Why did we make a guru if we weren't going to listen to them?

Trust satnaam baba ji/dassan dass ji through thick and thin. If they said day is night and night is day then say sat bachan like the second guru.  Then you will trust them more than your lying mind and later on you will understand why they were right even if you don't understand right now.   We smack a kid's hand for getting near the fire.  They hate us.  But growing up they thank us for not letting them get scarred.  Same in this path.  All those who left the sangat lost their trust when their greatest test came. The mind tricked them into blaming satnaam baba ji instead of blaming themself for lacking faith.  God bless all.

We had been having visions that our heart has become like a very big diamond and keeps radiating a lot of light.

During Amritvela on Anhad Abhayas we always hear a loud noise in the ear with somebody saying Pi Amrit….. Pi Amrit (Drink Amrit)

We also were seeing videos of Babaji a couple of days back on u tube and when we looked in his eyes there was a lot of light coming out from his heart thru his eyes and engulfed our heart.

We also had vision that our body has been replaced by Babaji's body prior to sitting for and during Abhyas.

We wish to share with you that today morning Amritvela Session was a unique one with your grace and blessings as we continued with Anhad Naad Abhyaas.

As soon as we started the Abhyas at approx. 1:00 AM or so in the morning a dark lady witch (Maya) came and we thrashed her very badly to the extent that she started bleeding from Mouth, Nose etc. and threw her out of the house.

We were shown that we were wearing a diamond shoe and we placed it on the mouth of this witch. We also placed the shoe on her back and afterwards the print of our shoe was permanently marked on the witches back.

We also had visions of Mother Kali whose tongue we cut so many times and lord Shiva whom we thrashed.

We also had Darshan of Shirdi Saibaba who placed a Crown on our head.

After some time Mother Kali appeared and gave us her trident. We thought that it may be some Ridhi / Sidhi and denied it. Mother Kali said keep it and this will help you.

We said what shall we do Daddyji and we heard Dassan Dassji's voice saying in Punjabi La le (Keep it).

As soon as we accepted the trident the Trident got permanently located at the Spinal cord and our breathing got balanced.

We then had Darshans of Akal Purakhji whom we did Dandauth and desired Merger.

Akal Purakhji said that we are already one and we again passed through the foot of Akal Purakh Ji and reached his heart. There was a lot of flowers being sprinkled.

We got stabilized at the heart of Akal Purakhji and met Dassan Dassji, Babaji, Mataji and Pritam Anandji. We did Dandauth to all of them.

Dassan Dassji said in Punjabi – Aa gaye hain. Hun aitha baith ja te sariyan nu Naam Jappa ( You have come here, sit here now and encourage everybody to do Naam Simran). We also received a diamond sword from Dassan Dassji.

All through there was Haumi Nahi Tu Hi Tu was being heard continuously.

We prayed to Akal Purakh Ji that we desired to be blessed with his Darshans daily.

Akal Purakhji said Mera Roop Tu Hai ( You are my form)

We told Akal Purakhji that during telephonic discussions once,  Babaji had told us that we should talk to you daily.

Akal Purakhji said Mera Roop Tu Hai ( You are my form)

Subsequently we were blessed with continuous Darshans of Akal Purakh Ji and Mera Roop Tu Hai ( You are my form) being heard.

Mother Kali appeared and we did Dandauth to her this time and said that we are sorry for Mistreatment that we did with her.

Mother Kali said that all this is the Divine Play of Akal Purakhji and blessed us.

Daddy ji, we are not deserving but your kind grace has bestowed us with everything.

With a great feeling of proudness we wish to say that my Teacher  is the best.

I bow at his holy feet again and again. He is the puran Sat and my idol in life.

Please bless us with humbleness and more and more of this infinite wealth of Naam. May we most hungrily and most greedily drink this Amrit 24 x 7.

thankyou for sharing,   baba ji said of the journey to God that "first you go through the feet of Akal Purakh (humbleness), then go to the head (sunn, the source where anything you desire manifests, so in the case of past sangat, ego became super-ego , they said "I AM SATGURU!" - this is where devi-devtas got trapped, and past sangat didn't believe us when we relayed that message to them from baba ji), but if you stay humble (like baba ji at that stage also thought "I HAVE ARRIVED! GREWALS HAVE ARRIVED AT SAME PLACE AS SODHIS AND BEDIS (SIKH GURUS LINEAGE)", but then Baba ji was humble enough to say to God, "But I was nothing( 'MA' kaun?), its all by your grace only.")  Then you come out of the heart of God.  As you have, and live in Truth, Love and Compassion.

What we learned from baba ji is that if anyone asks "who is your guru?"   Say that Sat / Truth is my guru.

If they ask "what is your religion?"  Say, "humanity."

Our guru and our religion is the same as that of Jesus, Baba Nanak and Dassan Dass ji / Baba ji.

Satnaam ji Dandauth bandhna ji in Texas sangat in 2014, a desperately thirsty soul came to baba ji.  When we arrived Greg was intoxicated and baba ji was blessing him and he was overwhelmed with what was happening inside. Baba ji revealed the truth he had been so desperate for all off his life.  Left his Christian American background, searched in India, went into sufi side of Islam very deeply. Knew all the stories of saints but was still unable to have the same experience himself of God.  This is the perfect email of thanks that he sent to baba ji and was read out at sangat Texas.       How could I ever express in words what this weekend in Fort Worth meant to me, and what a profound impact you have had on my life?  You have knocked on my door unexpectedly; how could I refuse such a visitor?  I offer you my couch, my living room, my bed, my bedroom, my food, my kitchen, my books, my bookshelf--all that I thought that I owned.  All is for you now.  There is no room for me here anymore.  Please take up residence here and never leave.  I will sleep outside on the street and come in just to clean.  You are welcome forever.  I will take out the garbage and clean the toilets.  That is all I am worthy to do.  All is filth here, but I will make it clean so you will want to stay forever.  Please make my house your house. You are the Master here.  I knew not how to pray to Him, but you have taken pity on me and put the right words in my mouth.  I knew not how to even search for God, but you have shown me His face. We were also blessed with dream after simran. Went into a house.  Nice lady was on the staircase.  Said she started seeing divine light as we came in. Then we felt divine light filling us and we cupped our hands and pointed to her and divine light overflowed to the kind lady.   We kept praying baba ji maharaj all your blessings go to her and all her prayers go to you.  We are nothing.

Satnaam ji fool fell asleep last night when doing amrit vela and we saw that we were in a world with demons. There were many demons there but they were living a normal life. They were living in a dirty city trying to make a living.  Fool got lost in the country side of the city but then we found and old house so we went in. Then we saw preeti and varinder sis ji and they were telling fool to always fight ego and don't let it win. Satnaam satnaam satnaam ji dandauth to the one in all.

Satnaam ji, please allow us to share one more teaching. Few months back, one day we were frustrated due to our job. We saw a vision of our legs regarding this, god is going to work instead of us. We felt shame and did not complain again. Same thing Satnaam baba ji taught us in Sundar Nagri that,

"jithe kamm karda ohvi likheya hoya kad tak karna."
(wherever we are working, it is written how long we remain there.)

Satnaam ji, today we were doing meditation and we saw a diary. When 1st page opened. We saw intense light was coming through the page. Then a few minutes later when we were thinking about this vision, we heard someone on radio was saying,

With your own hands put right your affairs (I. E.  Start following Truth, stop do no false worship.)

Then we went to other room where Sonia was igniting the jyot(ghee lamp) in front of Shri Guru Gobind Singh ji's image. Suddenly image fell down in front of jyot(lamp) . SATNAAM

Asi S ji nu keha ki sanu apne andar naam di jyot jga ke guru di image ban'na chahida hai.
(WE said to S ji to ignite the jyot /divine light inside herself, that is the real image of the Guru.)

Satnaam gurpreet ji. You gave the right wisdom.   Baba ji said in one talk to the sangat same thing "stop doing all that nonsense infront of my picture."

Baba ji and gurbani only taught us to do pooja of sat in our hirdha.  Look inside.

But people coming from hindu/sikh traditions grown up with little shrine at home with guru's pictures or little demigod statues and light a lamp or incense and say prayers to the picture/statue.   So we think maybe some new people in baba ji's sangat were doing the same thing with baba ji's picture in their house so baba ji told them in the sangat to stop it.

Baba ji said that if we see pictures of saints to just think of them and become the dust of their feet.   We have picture of baba ji on our wall. We took it in 2010 baba ji said whoever sees it will get blessed.  We do Dandauth to sat jyot in baba ji  infront of that picture everyday. Thinking of baba ji and doing satnaam has helped us so much through our ups and downs. It has  been the anchor for this mind ship that gets tossed around in storm of maya.  But we pray to satguru in our hirdha.  Dassan dass ji says when we put hands in prayer position we are touching hirdha and praying to God inside there,  not to the scriptures or statue infront of us.

God is very kind, we cannot even imagine how kind He is towards us.  He keeps on giving us chance after chance to unite with Him and get relieved of the cycle of life and death.  So we should all keep our focus on doing Sato Karams and keep on working for getting the GurParsaad of Naam, Puran Bandgi and Seva.  Firmly believe that He is very kind.  When we show our unconditional devotional love for Him, when we completely surrender to Him with Tunn, Munn and Dhann with full belief and commitment, faith and trust, devotion and love, then He takes care of us.  He takes us in His lap and blesses us with an everlasting eternal happiness.  He gives us a place in His Dargah.

Qn.  How do we keep the feeling of peace in meditation in our daily life?

Baba ji: When you go into sunn samadh (silent stage of merger, deep meditation),  you are washed. You receive    coolness (from the fire of desires) from meditation that enables you to survive another day.  Then you sit again.  Then your night will go well and you sit again in the early hours. Give up your  wants during the day.  Then you give up worldly dreams and your bad habits slowly start getting better.   Then again you sit in the evening and you come into a daily discipline.    Then you experience amrit in the morning (amrit vela /time) and evening too.   Then satnaam carries on all day and your whole 24 hours become amrit vela.

Qn: how to deal with negativity?

Baba ji :  That you have to fight.  Now you can't sit for 24 hours in isolation, so you have to do your daily interactions. So you will lose some of your Amrit during the daily irritations.  But you sit for evening meditation and you collect amrit again and top up.  But then in your dream you slip up again desiring for things find yourself shopping!  Because your thought is there.   What your brain does is that everytime a brain cell dies it give all the information to the new brain cell.  That's why it takes a while to conquer just one situation . it can take many years to conquer one bad habit. That's why you have to be alert and to keep catching and confessing  the deeds done under that habit.  Actually catch that bad thought and replace it with satnaam.

You will start realising when a bad thought is about to take root so catch it and replace it with satnaam.  Then satnaam will start replacing it.

It's just like your ego made a tape and keeps making you listen to its song, "I am this, I am that..."

But now you start doing satnaam you are overwriting that tape.  Ypu sit for two hours and you overwrite a big chunk of it.  One day you will have completely replaced it with just satnaam satnaam satnaam. And all your filth will be washed off.  That's all it is about.

Then you will learn to out God first, put the other first, serve the other first.

I was luck in that our school motto was "SERVICE BEFORE SELF."   So I always offer to others before eating.

Qn: so this programming took a long time but what if my life runs out before I can reprogram it, because it is going to take a long time?

Baba ji :  it doesn't matter how long it takes.  Don't worry about that.  Just be at it. Keep doing satnaam 24/7 and don't think about how much of your life is left.  However many breaths you have left just dedicate them to doing satnaam.  At any time any one of those breaths can become blessed by God.   And even if you still have to be reborn at least you will come back in a blessed life to continue where you left off. And you would have cancelled so many dark deeds. And put good deeds into your account.

So get your blanket/shawl in the early hours and start doing satnaam satnaam satnaam without delay.

Whatever is happening around you, let it go and just keep doing satnaam satnaam.  And keep and asking forgiveness for your bad deeds. "true King please forgive me / Patshah sanu bax lehee."

Who knows what could happen.  God could forgive all your sins on your last breath and give you his sacred vision just before you die (eve though you haven't done enough simran to wipe all your dark deeds.)

So dedicate your whole life to it.  You have already seen the worldly life.  There is nothing in it. Someone gave you birth, you gave birth to someone.  The food you ate,   the clothes you wore, was only for your mind and body.  Mind is an illusion which floats away once the body dies.   The body will release everything and itself will stay here.  So ask yourself, "what have I done for the soul?"   Only that will go with  you.  But the soul you have starved of Truth and truthful deeds, and the body you have stuffed with all the delicies. Refine your soul by modifying your mind.

Baba ji said that say Satnaam and the formless God himself is there,  in gurbani "Har simran meh aap nirankaraa."

It means when we say Satnaam in our heart with loving devotion God is there.      Our connection is made.

Then we can get frustrated because anger follows ego.   And we can get jealous and we can go to worldly comforts which give us instant pleasure.

But if we step back and instead of believing the mind's judgements,  just ask ourself,  "who is saying all these negative comments?" then we realise it is our ego. It is trying to stop us and stay as King inside us.  Gurbani says that only naam or ego can reside in us.   So when we do Satnaam simran ego fights back.   So baba ji told us tell the mind, "stop your nonsense.  Shut up and do satnaam!"

Baba ji said that nothing can distract him from doing satnaam.  Not money, not women, not family, not bad health, not even death.  We have to be that determined not to stop doing simran.  Along with applying every last wisdom guru has given us to the T said baba ji.

Baba ji said that not everyone has visions of divinity.  But better than visions and spiritual experiences is doing our simran and serving others all day long.  Our deeds are what go with us.  Whereas many people who had spiritual experiences never conquored their ego and when their tests came they slandered or left their guru or got themselves worshipped as  lesser gods.

Baba ji said that Mother Teresa had a vision of Jesus when was young. She served poor orphaned children all of her life even though she had no child of her own.  Always hoping ng to have the vision again. But she never found God in her own heart centre because she only longed to have the vision of Jesus again.    She didn't understand that the vision was the formless God takingbthe form she loved to bless and encourage her to start her life of service.  It is important that we start serving.  And doing simran of God's name, not of his devotees.   Baba ji said he tells Christians why do you worship Jesus when he himself worshipped God. And it was God inside him speaking not Jesus the body when he spoke " i am the loght, the life and the way.".

Baba ji said that he has never prayed to the sikh gurus. He gives them utnost thanks and respect but only worships the formless one, nirankar.  But even though mother Teresa never realised God because she incorrectly focused on jesus,baba ji gave her a place in God's court,fargah because her deeds were so high.  So go after doing seva of god in all, and pray to satnaam only.

A month ago we said anxiously to dassan dass ji our job contract  is coming to an end. Right away they smiled and said, "send out your resume and take the situation with a smile.    You will have job before your contract ends and a better one.". Then they clapped their hands and laughed.  We thought, "Wow what a blessing.". But then mind alwaysbtries to doubt, "can it really happen that quickly?"

We have past issues with job hunting that makes us feel very stressed and unhappy so we delay and self sabotage and blame others. But we kept overcoming those negative thoughts with remembering what dassan dass ji said.  

4 yrs ago dassan dass ji also blessed us to look for another job before that one finished.  But we didn't and did other things for two years until we hit rock bottom mentally and financially.  And dassan dass ji told us again to apply which we did and got some great jobs since then.

So this time our mind being negative about job hunting we said to it, "no, we are not listening to you as we must honour dassan dass ji's blessed words. That is our personal hukam."

Then an agent called we sent our cv and have had the interviews.  Will find out on Monday. All has happened so quickly just as dassanndass ji said.  They open the door we just have to makenthe effort to overcome our doubts and negativity and fears to walk through it.

After simran this morning we had a dream of baba ji and sangat.  We did dandauth at baba ji's lotus feet.  They were dressed in shiny blue silks and had short cut hair. They persoanlly came to us through the sangat and we fell at their holy feet and cried.  Home at last. Home at last. Free from turmoil. Peace.  Then baba ji stood on their royal platform and did dandauth.

Dassan dass ji said that when we follow the personal hukam then we overcome our ego and we are bkessed with more amrit, more enthusiasm for doing bandagi and God Himself lifts us up even higher.

Pls forgive our mistakes,just a big stubborn idiot who is most lucky to have such a guru.

If we are part of sangat then why are we still watching porn?  There is no truth in those actors. No love. No compassion. It sucks the watcher into addiction of sex. It makes us see women in our normal life in a sexual way.  It makes us want to indulge in more perverse  sexual behaviour.  It is the exact opposite of satnaam sangat.   It is a sickness effecting the whole world nowadays.  Better work on your relationship with your spouse. Insread of running to porn. Fix your problems with prayer and effort instead of esacping  to comfort of maya.

First line is the Search for Truth, God, thr love that never breaks our heart but only heals it frim the lonliness.

Sex within marriage doesnt burn us.  If we have a big sex drive within marriage baba ji said lay down with your spouse ten times a day if needed but dont desire another person for a moment.  Keep your mind on satnaam even during sex or masturbation.  And over time the desire for sex, the demon of lust loses its power over your mind. And with your apouse the gift of kids may come as well.   So go from the hell of porn to the Truth of sex.

We had gone to India for our annual vacation for 4 weeks and had a chance to visit Golden Temple Amritsar along with our and Amitji's families. Amit ji was able to see all guru sahibans and also Nirankari baba Hardev singh ji who recently died in canada. Just outside the temple complex Amitji told us that baba nanak has come and is holding his hand and is taking him inside, later on Amitji humbly requested baba Nanak to bless all bhagats and Sangat who had come to pay homage at golden temple and as per Amit ji the complete golden complex was full of white light, Amit ji's had various experience which were immense and of different magnitude all together.

Like our brother has described as soon as we deposited our belongings and started walking towards the entrance of Sachkhand Harimandir Sahibji we were shown as a very young child who was holding the index finger of Dhan Dhan Guru Nanak Dev Ji and he walked us towards the Dukh Bhanjani Beri where in Himanshu ji desired to take a dip in the holy water and we sat in the shade just adjacent to meditate on holy Naam both Anhad and Sat Simran. We had the continous vision of Nirankari baba Hardev singh ji followed by  10 Sikh Saints. Our heart was giving out tremendous white light and we prayed to them that please bless our brother as he was also practicing this path. They all poured tremendous light in him and his body was filled with white light. We also prayed to bless all present in the Golden temple Complex and the entire Complex was radiating immense white light.

After taking Darshans we went to the first floor of Golden Temple Complex and got a corner to sit and meditate where in we were again blessed with the vision of Nirankari baba Hardev singh ji. He gave us Kada prashad and we were transported to Sachkhand were we were again blessed with Darshans of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. We were presented with a radiating and sparkling sword. We were also crowned with a diamond Crown. We were also presented with a beautiful white horse and were shown galloping along with all Saints and Nirankari baba Hardev singh ji in the Sachkhand sahibji.

All is your grace Daddyji, we were never capable of anything. Thanks for giving us everything in life ji.
