We had a vision of Guru Nanak ji, it was so wonderful, we felt so calm and a feeling of warmth like a baby being cuddled by her mother. It was a vision of their face and it was illuminated golden so peaceful, he was also wearing a patched seli topi. We are attached with families, things and detached from Sat parbraham ji (Supreme Lord. We suppose to be attached with Sat parbraham ji and detached from each and everyone and everything. We have to love all, serve all, see sat parbraham ji in all, and bow to all. Attachment is like fire and we are burning ourselves in emotions. Fire is good if we use it wisely. For example we can cook food on fire, in cold we can warm up area and make it cozy living in cold weather. We don't have to burn our house with fire. We are burning our house with attachment fire. Attachment is evil not good. Attachment makes us unpleasant. When we are in attachments, we are inviting rebirth. Better we serve all without attachment and don't burn ourselves in this fire. Attachment is part of selfishness. Attachment is not unconditional living. Selfishness always work like this, if you are good to my then I am good with you. In attachment we call My father, My mother, My wife, My son, My daughter. This MY, My, My, My................is sickness. We don't believe in Sat parbraham ji and we think kids and things belong to us. Attachment creates possessiveness and we always stay in fear to lose what we have and we don't let other lives happily. Attachment creates slavery when we don't want to live others happily. Better we believe in Sat parbraham ji and leave this evil part and live and let other live. Suddenly that scene vanished by Satguru Dassan dass pita ji. And we had darshan of Dassan daas ji. Then we understood the mischief of maya. She came to put seed of lust but cleaned by Satguru ji. Gurpreet ji from canada said to us in India that "being with Baba ji in Canada is that baba ji is so motivating."
Baba ji in last summer sangat said that there are many sangat members who have been coming for many years (over 14yrs like this fool!) who still haven't become Jivan mukat. So why are we taking so long?
There is nothing lacking in the gurparsaadi naam and gian they have blessed us with. The problem then is the lack of motivation we have.
Being physically away from baba ji and any sangat means we slowly lose motivation.
We know we are highly motivated in sangats like India last week. That's why everyone progresses so much. But how do we maintain those levels of motivation when back in our daily life?
That's the problem we all have to solve. Ultimately we have to keep doing humble ardas all day long for God to give us continuous naam, selfless seva and sangat of the sants. And we have to make our daily routine rock solid. Time to sleep, time we wake up, daswandh of time and money. Time we spend reading the satnaam.info website daily. Time we listen to baba ji recordings. Time we spend doing seva. Make a rock solid routine pray to God for the gift of motivation for bandagi, motivation for our work or study, motivation for our exercise and healthy diet. Anytime we are struggling pray for Baba ji to give us the gift of motivation.

Guru believes in us that's why they gave us naam. But do we believe in ourself that we can do bandagi? That we will do bandagi? That nothing will stop us, no matter what?
Guru motivates us and energises us in their sangat. But do we just let our negativity drain all our spiritual hopes and dreams away?
Guru's lotus feet are there for all to grasp onto as tight as we can. But we look up, look back and slip away. We will not look up, we will not look back, we will hold on for dear life with satnaam satnaam satnaam day and night.
Guru gives us the divine wisdom. We listen in one ear and let it out of the other. Then wonder why our bad habits don't get any better. We will listen to the guru, we will do what the guru says, we will conquer our bad habits. That is dead whilst alive. That is the path to Jivan Mukti.
Guru gives us the priceless diamond and his storehouse never runs out. But I still fear giving and have doubts that if I give then I will lose out. I will not fear. I will have faith. For my satguru is complete, my satguru is poora. I will not live in fear. I will live in the light. My satguru is poora. Dhan Dhan mera satguru poora. Dhan dhan mera satguru poora. Believe.

Dassan dass ji said we all should support these children. That the heartfelt thanks we get from helping the ones who really need it are blessings of the highest order. Rather than just giving money to gurdwara langar which is a waste as we are just feeding the ones who are already full.
