Very simple and easy to leave the ego
Accept the situation you are in. Don't get upset. It is a result of your own karma. That's the truth. Accept the truth with a smile. That is accepting the HUKAM. That's following me hukam. Your acceptance of the HUKAM will become your BANDGI. That will help you leave the ego.
If you get upset with the situation you are in that's fighting the HUKAM. Means more trouble. Your deed will become a curse for you. You will loose your Amrit.
Following the HUKAM will open up more opportunities for you to resolve the issue.
Your Karam will become a painful sickness
Fighting the HUKAM is ego
Stop fighting the HUKAM. Ego will die.
Death of ego is jivan MUKTI
So simple and easy to follow. Isn't it so ?
So easy to kill your ego. Isn't it so?
Following the HUKAM will increase your Amrit level to unbelievable depths
That's what BANDGI is all about
Death of ego is darshans of Akal PURAKH and merger in him forever
That's POORAN BANDGI.
When you practice it then a time will come when you will do DANDAUT to yourself
AAPAS KO AAPEY AADES
When you realize this then you will see yourself everywhere in everything
Then you become NIRVAIR and NIRBHAO
That's it self realization

Whatever God says, is the divine law. When His Bani, His divine law, is followed with love and devotion and trust and faith by completely surrendering to Him then He can be realized. But, this is all GurParsaad. So please keep on praying for His grace, His Kirpa, His GurParsaad. We can all realize Him by getting GurParsaad of Naam, Naam Ki Kamai, Puran Bandgi and Seva.

· has filled His Hirda with all of the divine qualities,
· has achieved Puran Braham Gyan,
· is always absorbed in Bandgi and Seva – Rom Rom Naam Simran,
· has all of the Ridhis and Sidhis sitting under His feet,
· is the Daata (Giver) of GurParsaad,
· is Ik Drisht – Nirbhao and Nirvair,
· is no different from Akal Purakh Himself,
· is Sat Roop (Form of Sat),
· is always and forever engaged in the Parupkaar and Maha Parupkaar of the Sat Sangat,
· will never ever do anything bad to anybody,
· gives us Jivan Mukti if we come under their Sharan, refuge,
· if we surrender completely to, with Tunn, Munn and Dhann will give Jivan Mukti to us,
· if we surrender ourselves completely to, will make us like Him,
· creates a Sangat that is Sach Khand – makes that place the Dargah of Akal Purakh,
· will only and only do good to others,
· takes the poison out of the Sangat and gives Amrit to them.

Satnaam ji, kal raat jado asi simran kar rahe si ta inner voice ne sanu keha ki aah tu dasvandh di ki kandh kadhi kar ti, tera mera kus vandheya hoya aa. Sanu kus samaj nahi aaya. Later sanu gyan hoya ki 100% den vala parmatma hai te asi ohnu 10% den vale kon hunde aa. Sara kus ta ohda ditta aa. Je sade andar capability hundi ta asi jada na kma lenda. Par asi ta ohde hukam ch kma reha aa. So ohda ditta le ke ohnu 10% vapas dena koi bahuti vadhi gal nahi. 100% hi ohda aa. Same teaching sanu Guru Nanak Dev ji maharaaj ne tera tera keh ke already ditti hoyi aa
Translation : Satnaam ji, last night during simran the inner voice said, "why gave you put up a wall of daswandh between us. Your share and my share?" I had no idea what this meant.
Later on I got the wisdom that when the Supreme Soul, Param-atma, is the giver of everything - 100%, who are we to think that we give him anything, even 10‰?
He is the giver of everything.
If we were capable of earning more we would. But we only earn what is as per our destiny I. E what he lets us earn. So as we receive everything from him giving 10‰ back is not a big deal. 100‰ is his. Guru Nanak Dev ji Maharaj gave us the same teaching when he said "tera tera tera/yours your yours."

(Gur Preeto : baba ji said that daswandh is to get us into the habit of giving, but ultimately we have to break out of that logic and say and give everything back to God. So Gurpreet ji got that same wisdom.)
