If you don't follow the truth then your trust devotion and love is shallow.

Don't find excuses to avoid your Satnaam simran.  Eventually you will have to do Satnaam simran. You can't escape. So sooner the better.  Excuses come when your trust devotion and unconditional love is missing.  Wether it is coming to SANGAT or doing simran. Your devotion trust and love has to show up in your actions and not mere words posted here. 

If you don't follow the truth then your trust devotion and love is shallow. Means if you don't earn the bachan of Satnaam SATGURU then your trust devotion and love is shallow.

We all need to follow the truth. None of us is an exception. This is for all of us.  We all need to gauge ourselves on a continuing basis.

None of us is perfect. We all have deficiencies and need to work on self on a continuous basis to reach where we need to be.  As long as we are making honest and truthful efforts in this direction and continue to enhance our dedication to serve the truth our devotion trust and love will continue to grow.
