If our Thoughts are Impure, Mind is impure then we can not accomplish or gain Self- realization.  We go to temples or do mediations.  There is no use for that if our mind is impure.  We can do meditation 24/7 for many many years, all is waste if mind and thoughts are impure.  Impure mind only can twist the truth and tell to others and that's a lie.  Impure mind personality only can lie, can not speak truth.  Better we pure our mind and thoughts and make our spiritual journey easy and beautiful.  God is Peace, Peace is truth, and Truth is God.  If we want to attain or accomplish or Gain peace, better we speak truth.  Lie is Sin and truth is truth and Truth is God.  Ek onkar sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat parbraham sarnaee ji.

2. Key to keep Spiritual wealth with us is Humility and kindness

Spirituality is Endless Ocean; we have to dive in it without any fear.  We have to know ourselves, more we know about us, more clarity we will get for us.  In spirituality we don't have to achieve anything, only we have to die for truth.  Truth will set us free not achievements.  We can learn spirituality and earn spirituality but we have to maintain spirituality up to our last breath of this life.  Only we can keep spiritual wealth with us Humility and Kindness.  We have to stay beggar of all the beggars and lowest of the lowest.  Ek onkar sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat parbraham sarnaee ji.  Satnaam ji

Human Nature living in past and future but not try to live in the Moment of truth.  That's we are depressed and sick from mind by doing this practice.  Past is gone and future is not here yet, then why we are always worried and depressed.  We have to get out from this mind swing.  Past let it go and if past call us better we don't listen.  If we try to listen to past it will give us only sicknesses not peace.  Future is not in our hands, how it is written in our destinies, it will open by self  like next page of the book.  Life is a book, what we already read is our past and taught us, what is on next page, we don't know yet why we worried about next page what is on that page.  Better we enjoy each and every moment of the truth.  Worried won't give us peace only depression and sicknesses.  Better we stop listening the past and don't worry about the future and enjoy each and every moment is truth, if we want to achieve the peace and make our life journey beautiful.  Ek onkar sat sat sat sat sat sat sat parbraham sarnaee ji.  Satnaam ji

CHRISTMAS IS FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS AND GIVING, WE PUT MANY MANY LIGHTS OUTSIDE AND THOSE LIGHTS ATTRACT US AND OTHERS, IF WE HAVE DARKNESS WITHIN US ONLY THESE LIGHT CAN ATTRACT OUR MIND NOTHING ELSE, IF SOMETHING ATTRACTING MIND IS TEMPORARY. IF WE HAVE DARKNES WITHIN US WE CAN NOT GIVE ANYTHING TO ANYONE. ONLY INNER LIGHT WILL LIT UP WITH TRUTH.
