We can't control the five demons, only guru's blessings (gur parsaad) can

Dassan dass ji told off a sikh elder once  who was saying we can control our five demons.   Dassan dass ji said no one can control out of ego's own efforts, only by gurparsaad.      If we want to know if we really have Gurparsaad or not,  just see if the five demons are still there or not.

Are they still controlling us? Then keep praying for more gurparsaad every time we are under their control.

The Five demons are like powerful demonic genies who we put back in the bottle with Gurparsaad over the years. But, if we let one out again by mistake, they all escape.   A few weeks ago we got angry at our dad and sister, remembering our past hurts.   We thought  it's good to tell the truth, but then our mind helds negativity towards them and didn't want to let go (I am right to be angry) .   Then lust came in as well.   Then after simran this morning in our dream we saw these religious looking yogi guys, with private parts exposed under loose gowns, one had a snake instead of his private part being active.   Their congregation didn't like it when we told them to cover up and we started chanting "Satnaam Satnaam" and walked out.      That's our lust demon hiding like a snake under our holy looking exterior.  Getting aroused while we look all gentlemanly and polite.   Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam Satnaam sanu bax deho.

Then yesterday dassan dass ji cooled us down after we sent the prayer, kaam krodh nagar bahu pariaa mil sadhu khandal khandah heh. Lust and anger completely fill this body town, meeting the sant they are destroyed.
