A seed is planted, not dead and buried

Satnaam satnaam satnaam ji waheguru waheguru waheguru ji

A seed on a shelf in the daylight maybe comfortable but only until it gets planted in the dark will it grow.   When we go through our dark times don't feel like we are dead and buried and wonder why God did this to us.   Instead have the right attitude that God has not buried us, he has planted us in this dark situation  so that we may grow.  But In order to grow we must have the right attitude,  keep faith,  trust in what God is doing for us even though we don't understand, keep doing good deeds, doing Truth and praying and doing simran.   Our inner potential will blossom,  the next chapter will begin,  one door closed another one opens.    Satnaam satnaam satnaam satnaam satnaam.    Thanks to Joel oleen,  a Christian minister we just watched on TV,  for that example.
