When other people hurt our feelings

Baba ji says we have to ferry across our slanderers as well, that is true love.

They slander him, he keeps blessing them.

They can't sleep, he sleeps like a baby.

They reap what they sow, baba ji reaps what he sows.

It's never about the other person anyway, just see how it effects us.  Then shows us how much love or Compassion we are still lacking and have to work on.

Only ego gets offended/hurt, no ego no pain, no feelings of being hurt or rejection from others.

Our bandagi, slavery to the divine, has to become pooran, complete.

Read the last chapter of sukhmani explanation  about poora... We are incomplete without god, realise God and we become complete, our bandagi becomes pooran, complete.

Satguru is poora, is complete, nothing lacking.

Poora prabh aradhia, poora ja ka nao. Nanak poora paaya pooray kay gun gao.

Take support of the complete God, whose Naam is also complete, nanak realised the complete one, and sings the praises of the complete one.

We are incomplete.

When someone dies, punjabi people say,.. Poora hoygayaa.. He's complete... Like he's completed his journey. But it's not true unless we completed our bandagi and merged into sat Parbraham. Then our soul completed its journey home.  Worldly people die and everyone cries.  Third guru ji said, be happy when a sant leaves his body, his final union with God is done.  God was already met when they became complete whilst alive. See death of the sant gurus body as the marriage. Sing Kirtan in celebration. 

QN: We just can't understand it that's all why people can't just be nice.

Ego and pride are the two horns of the devil inside.  Darkness wants to prevail.

Why would they want to be nice if it doesn't get them what they want?  Or if you are in the way of what they want? Of if you have light and they want you back in the darkness.

So they have to make you out as wrong to justify they are right.

Forgive them for they know not what they do... Jesus on the cross.

They only know darkness, you have seen further.

Prayers help them. May be not right away, but one day.

They will look back and see their mistakes as we all have done.

Just when we make mistakes we think we are right, not wrong. Ego makes us blind.  Grace makes us see.
Just see that we were like them once, pray for them.

Their ego won't let them Listen to you. So all we can do is pray for them to have sat budhi, true wisdom.
