ricky ji wrote that in his dream he was about to do Dandauth to baba ji, but baba ji pulled his feet back and said not to do it. Ricky ji then felt bad about himself being such a useless person he is not allowed near to baba ji.

Satnaam satnaam satnaam Ricky ji, your deeds in dreams are what count. You did Dandauth that is a great deed and nothing could stop you. So that is a great sign for you. Look how far you have progressed from when before you were fearful to do Dandauth bandhna. Dreams are strange, it's best to ignore the scene and images and who you think the people are, just focus on your feelings and deeds. Dassan dass ji told us our deeds in dreams are counted as part of our writ, karni. So you did the right thing. If you want to analyse your dream, then ask yourself would the real baba ji ever tell anyone not to do Dandauth and pull their feet back? No, so the dream was just your mind trying to fool you. Baba ji said that sometimes the mind will show you baba ji is drinking, but you have to not believe the dream and remember baba ji doesn't drink so my mind is trying to fool me. Mind will try and take one positive and make it into a negative in order to pull you back into the darkness. People fail the test when they believe their dreams /vision when it is showing you the opposite of what baba ji really is. They lose faith by filling with doubts about baba ji. Also remember shiva and other entities like five theives can take the shape of our guru in order to fool us. Inderjit was being tested by shiva last year, once he came as baba ji and she was happy to see baba ji but then he started telling her to stop eating meat. And she thought real baba ji wouldn't say that and she realised it is shiva again trying to fool her into following him. Even past Sangat were having visions of baba nanak ji telling them. Baba ji is wrong and they believed the false vision and left baba ji because they believed their false vision more than they believed their guru. Taranjeet ji learned from that and when he had the same test, false guru nanak dev ji telling him to leave baba ji, he knew it is just demigods/mind testing him and trying to fool him. Since then they have both gone further in bhagti. The real guru nanak dev ji gives blessings to Sangat all the time and says nothing against baba ji maharaj. The real sants and gurus work together to uplift humanity.
