Satnaam
Amrit is a_mrit... Never dies.. And the one who never dies is satnaam. Satnaam, God himself, is the amrit inside you. Amrit is your life force that keeps you alive. When you do Naam simran, your amrit increases, when you worry and have fears you drain your amrit. Five thieves are called Panj chor because they steal you amrit. Spirits cant do anything, but having fear of them will drain you.
Nanak amrit manne mahi. Nanak doojay amrit kohi naahi.
Nanak says the amrit is inside my. Nanak says their is no other (outer) amrit.
Believe in satnaam, nirbhau satnaam, fearless satnaam, do simran of, "nirbhau satnaam nirbhau satnaam" , and become FEARLESS TRUTH too.
