We take our surat higher than all the pains we have eg. family problems under attachment, body pains, financial name any pain.  If our surat get stuck in this pains, we will talk about these things and forget about SAT.  If we remember SAT and keep our surat with SAT, we will win over thoughts and become warrior of truth.  These pains are not forever, these pains comes to teach and give us more strength and we remember SAT. We don't have to give up front of these pains, we have face these pains and move on.  Sat is teaching us each and every moment.  We don't have to hold the past and worry about future.  We have to conquer each and every moment and stay under the will of Sat.
