Why are we unhappy? Because ego doesnt want to die, ego wants what it wants , if ego doesnt get what it wants then it cries, it blames, it screams, it slanders, it complains, it self destructs, it chases maya and wants to sit in her laps for comfort , stuffing the mind and body with more junk thoughts and junk food.  Ego had so many unfulfilled hopes and dreams,ego wants to be something, wants to be someone, ego wants sukh but only gets dukh.  Ego cries, ego torments, ego whispers in our ear 24/7 all negstive things, ego doesnt want to do bhagti or simran, ego wants to be king, to be comfortable, to have what others have

Big corrections going on inside us, things we havent dealt with all come to the surface and tip the boat over, then do we sink or swin is our test, its all bhagti if we stay holding rhe gurus lotus feet, its all hell if we believe ego trying to make us let go.

Ego is only a fake friend like a baby monkey clinging tight on our back whispering negativity and desires into our ear all the time.  But satnaam is true and beautiful, the light inside.  Who do we believe, which side do we fall on.  Ego is very logical and tells us all the maya things in the world can be ours.  Satnaam divine light sits silently invisibly, a distant memory, we only have faith but its unknown.  ...whole world backs up what ego and maya says.  Only satguru backs up divine light satnaam.  Who do we believ and trust...which side do we fall on.  Thats the test, the ego fly trapped in the web of maya, the more t wriggles the more it gets wrapped up in the web, and death spider is getting closer to its meal. 

Solution is simple, say satnaam , want nothing, kick out ego, face our fears of having nothing in the world.  Easy to say, hard to do.
