Physical activities we do all day long to for surive and this survive take us in Greed and keep us busy here and there and we forget SAT. Our mind just keep doing self-talk for no reason and keep us busy. Someone got job or some money, now mind start making stories and from one thought to many thoughts. Reciting SAT keep us away from self talk and sitting on one spot keep us away from our physical activities. When we will sit and close eyes we will start doing SAT SIMRAN. slowly slowly our mind will stop talking self talk and we can start witnessings our consciousness and keep going within. Until we don't stop our physical activities and do SAT SIMRAN, never ever we can go within and cure our self talk mind and thoughts. We have to teach this mind , we have to thanks to SAT, who gave us Human life and we have to realize with the grace of SATGURUS PITA JI. What is life? It is journey and we can see path in this picture of the roads. We are from beginning from top to downhill and at the end it is top again. We are seperated from sat and we have to go back to sat ji. In life we can get ups and downs but at the end we have to merge in sat.
Yesterday spent few moments in Sat Nature and learnt life is journey don't try to fool yourself and just keep going CHALLI CHAL and MERA SATGURU SADA HAI NALE( My satguru always with me)
