Satnaam
Baba ji said when we do satnaam satnaam , then satguru is with us, when we forget then we drift into maya and dukh comes. So do 24/7 simran and thats how we never let go of satguru jis charan saran.
PracticLly it seems impossible to do 24/7 as we have to work or sleep or interact with others. But god knows inside us we are really trying now, and everytime we forget, just do small ardas, please forgive us , please bless us, and start again.
Thats how we push forward with full force, baba ji said do bhagti as hard as you can. Thats the only way maya gets driven out of us, and then makes way for satnaam to go into ajapaa jaap..autopilot..automaticlly going on ibside us all the time 24/7 even whilst we work,, write, talk, have sex, go toilet, watch tv etc, we still here satnaam satnaam inside.
We need 4Ds.....determination, discipline, devotion and dedication
We need to give up 3Ds
Desires, doubts and downplaying others.
When it goes inside, there is no outer effort. No tongue movement, no singning or chhanting or reciting, no need to move body, no need to force ourself, no need to give oirself headache concentrating too hard, or jaw ache reciting too hard. Just sitting we hear it inside, sat sat sat sat sat sat sat sat, like the ticking of the clock. Effortless effort. Like the bird makes lot of effort to flap its wings to get off the ground, but then finds the air currents , spreads its wings and just floats...effortless effort. In the begiining there is a lot if effort to make mind do simran, like pouring water on a rock, it still doesnt go in. But these prayers for it to go ito our heart and mind and efforts dont go unheard, one day mind softens ,like a sponge starts absorbing. So keep going.

All your blessings baba ji, we just fool stumbling un the dark whom you have given his hand of naam and gian too.
