Detach from maya

Maharaj ji told us the following last summer:

"the greatest spiritual experience is ti become nothing, then god becomes everything."

Repeat:
"All is god,
I am nothing
God is everything."

Same thing in punjabi:

"Ma hau nahee
Ab tuhee tu
Tu karta tu hoya
Mujh meh rahi na hoi."

"Ab ma nahee tuhi tu
When I am nothing all is god."

Until we get rid of the disease of me and mine, the inner amrit (god as energy) does not manifest." -pritam anand ji

"be in love, all-admiring, all-serving, all-acknowldeging, in the simplicity of life , be a servant of all, not the king (in maya ego wants to be the king/controller).

I just want to be what you want me to be.

In gurbani

Jub hum hothay tu nahee
Ab tuhee ma nahee
While ego was here you were not, when you come ego went.

Munmat tyag..give up self wisdom, dance as he wants you to as per his hukam and you will be the happiest person.

Gurmat in action is when the gurmukh walks as per guru's words.

Give respect and cherish the lowest everywhere, wether a person , a grain, a worm. 

Dont waste food, every grain and drop of water is praying to be consumed. Take thr burnt roti for yourself and offer the fresh one to others.
Serve others then eat.
Pritam anand ji was told by someone hebhad a nice shirt, so he took it off and gave it to the guy.

Pritam anand ji and his wife went out on their anniversary, and he fed the homeless guy outside the restaurant and said to his wife the childlike smile on his face thats our anniversary present.
