Are you over-anxious, worried, stressed? Try this meditation course.

In the beginning of coming into Bhagti, it will be still quite difficult to just do Naam Simran as the negative destructive side of the mind will keep on bringing us back down. 
So just remember when you get anxious or worried or fearful to just take a couple of breaths, long and slow and say "relax, peace, calm, Satnaam"  and keep saying it  and just observe your feelings rather than acting upon them.  So you would say "I notice that I am feeling ....anxious and worried I have done something wrong"  then take a few breaths and say "I put all those feelings in a bubble and blow them up into the Universe"  then imagine blowing those bubbles away.  Then say, "And now I come back to peace, everything is fine, everything is happening as it has to happen - I accept the Hukam, Satnaam, Satnaam , Satnaam, Satnaam"   .   Then you may notice your mind gets anxious or worried all over again, so repeat the process of blowing those negative feelings away and coming back to your simran.
