whatever you have, offer it to the Guru first

Deare Satguru ji, we offer this email in your service, for the Glory of You, please forgive

us for sending thousands of emails without offering them to you and hence just getting ego of them.

 

"May Your house remain in peace (i.e piece of mind), may my house fall to pieces" - Baba ji.

 

Would just like to share this divine thought that came to us on Saturday morning.

 

Tanraj ji wrote an email to Dassan Dass ji last week and said as he was writing the questions , the answers were also coming within,

so what was need to write the email?  Tanraj ji said because it was for the kushi (happiness) of the Satguru.

 

We didnt understand right away, but a day later  after doing our simran, Satguru ji made us realise,

that whatever we do or write, offer it to our Satguru ji first out of humbleness.

 

Eg. We may be a good cook, we prepare a nice meal, we eat it.  That is the way of our ego mind, no need

for Guru in the process.  But, out of humblness, for the "kushi" ( receiving the happiness of our Guru), 

we can say before cooking, Guru ji we offer this meal to you.

 

That's all it takes to come out of ego, and to receive the kushi of our Guru. 

 

Before doing our work, we can offer our service to our Guru,

 

Before doing our yoga or excercise, we can offer our practise to our Guru.

 

By doing so, everything we do , we do for our guru, rather than for ourself.

 

Even before writing an email, we can offer our email to our Guru and we receive His blessings by doing so.

 

We are full of five thieves, selfish, desirous, full of doubts and incomplete surrender, we fully accept our

misdeeds, pease forigve us and keep us under your feet SatGuru ji.
