With Guru Ji's kirpa, we have uploaded the meditation course we ran at our house a few years ago.
There are Level 1 and Level 2 courses with a total of 9 lessons recorded as MP3.
Each lesson has an introductory talk , a guided meditation and a discussion at the end. If you would like to follow it
you can send me your experiences/questions by email.
You will need a few hours to do each lesson, may Dassan Dass ji bless you to work through it. It will really help you as it helped those
students who came on the course.
