Kundalini Yoga sets

i found kundalini yoga very beneficial to stretch the body and stay loose before starting naam simran.
Have been doing so for the lasst 4 years.  Some kind souls shas uploaded Yogi Bhajan Ji's manual which you may like to try some excercise from.
