Blessed blessed is the moment when we seek your shelter.

When every breath we take is only singing your name.

Blessed is the place where we sit and meditate on your sweet ambrosial name satnaam

Blessed is the company of the holy with who we sit and chant your name.

Blessed is the air which is purified by your holy name

Blessed are we to breath in the pure air which resonate sat inside every cell

Blessed are we to be born and sitting in the sat sangat of the pooran guru pooran prakash pooran gur. Satgur sat paar brahm ek jyot. Ek noor - the purest of the pure light shining only on the pure.

With folded hands i fall on your feet my satgur pls bath me in your pure.light and ferry me across this vast ocean of maya.

When I do simran I feel something in my chest like a flower exploding constantly in bloom with more and more and more soft pink petals squeezing out in full brilliance. I feel rivers of gentle bliss through my veins and arteries...I experience peace. I cry. And I feel like screaming to just let all the negativity out and just become enveloped and lost in this love. I feel like I'm home again :') Satnaamji dandauth to you all <3
